[UTIL] Creating bootscreen ROM-images (nk.nbf) - JASJAR, XDA Exec, MDA Pro General

Right, I love experimenting with programming, and I totally adore reverse engineering stuff. So naturally with my Universal being windows-ish and all, and with that funny bootloader, I couldn't resists but do some experiments.
I used buzz's method of creating a nice new bootscreen:

"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
However, in my eyes the process was too complicated. You first have to run stuff on your phone, then you need to convert the image, then use some exotic .batch file to flash it to your phone, and even overwriting bytes that aren't even needed to get it to work.
So I set off to create something better
Here's the first result, a package with a full HTML tutorial and everything you need. It still has a downside, namely that it actually hard-resets your device, but I'm still working on that

Can't help you with corporate etc. I never installed any of it, I soft reset before I could be infected by the extended rom.

steverae,
Here is a link where I found a simple explanation on the differences between Basic, Corporate, and Personal Modes:

yet again a tool that makes something as easy and comfortable as it can be...this time it's:
NBH packing and unpacking
had some fun rev'ing the NBH fileformat.. code is completly new and app is totally standalone, i.e. this does not depend on anything other executable or batchfile...
as you can guess i have written this to implement it into my kitchen...
you can unpack *any* NBH file no matter what device its been made for, and you can repack NBH files for artemis/athena/trinity and hermes..
enjoy!

IDEA: iPhone WebApp Viewer

I have been experimenting around with iPhone Webapps and they work amazingly well on my HTC Diamond. Infact, I use a few of them regularly. However, the screen isn't to big, which cramps some of the great features. It wouldn't be that hard to make a app that has a browser built in that would resize/warp the view to the point were it can be used very well. I am not very experienced in making apps such as this, but I do know enough to know that it wouldn't be that hard to do and would open up thousands of new 'apps' to lots of people. I have put together a hard picture of how things may come together below.

Can anyone provide me the flash.json file of ASUS ZenFone 5?

This part can be ignored
I don't know what I did to my Zenny but now it has a corrupted boot.img,system.img and cannot be entered in recovery or fastboot. More, instead of showing the dead USB icon when I connect it with PC/Charger, it shows a red square that almost covers the screen. I cannot remember what I was doing last time. May be I just thought of making a new Zenny out of Zenny without a proper preparation.

Normal developers (who'll ask me to flash with xfstk or who does know a little but thinks, he knows the best must stay away.

Now,
I am trying to flash intel flash tool and it detects the phone but doesn't detect the zip. I have the latest version of everything. I cannot go to the customer care; I have none here.

Desire 320 Bricked, hoping for some advice

Been working at this for a while, if you want the full story, read my reddit post
Phone is bricked, when plugged in, is seen in device manager as
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I'm using the recommended SP flash tool for the 310/320, Every time I try to run it, after a few seconds I get this error
This is apparently caused by a bad scatter file, but I've downloaded so many "stock" roms off the internet at this point (I'm wondering how many are viruses), all of which fail, that I'm beginning to think something else in the phone is broken at this point.
Anyone have any suggestions?
