hi is there any way to create a shortcut to wifi or bluetooth on the todays screen.im using spb pocket plus and in e icon set there is wi i and bluetooth icoc but i just cannot add it to u sceen. can some one help and give me a full paths leading to these settings. cheers, cudo

soryy for my bad english but i am italian and i don't speak english very well.
I have an italian i-mate jam and i have installed Spb Pocket Plus but the bluetooth icon one the bar is disappeared.
I make a soft reset but the not apparead.
If i cancel the SPB Pocket Plus the icon appared.
How i can have the bluetooth icon with Spb PP???

What does that program do?
Check for something in the Windows settings for bluetooth.
I am using Spb PocketPlus 2.2 and have no problems with the bluetooth icon under the Today screen. Make sure you are using the latest version of PocketPlus.

Does anybody know a way to add speed dial shortcuts on the today screen?
Earlier I had a SonyEricsson P910i with a handy software that let me put shortcuts on the screen for dialing and sms'ing to specified contacts.
I am using SPB Pocket Plus to add other shortcuts in the today screen and I saw in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=26468 that "vijay555" seems to have found a way to create shortcuts for dialing that he puts on today screen with cLaunch!
Any ideas?

Why didn't you just ask me for the program!?
I'll try to upload it later today.
I used to use Tracker (I assume that's what you refer to?) and missed the functionality, and really dislike the call prog on the PocketPC. So I made my own shortcut prog. There's probably another VERY simple way to do it, but with mine, you just pass it a command line and it'll dial for you.
Have you seen Wisbar desktop advance? It's moving towards Tracker type functionality.

On my P 910i I used a prog called "Handy Day" wich added a WM lookalike todayscreen to it, as I said it had that dialing function implemented.

*how does the weather app work? does it constantley need updating via GPRS? or can it be synced via activesync of wifi only?

1) Omega One Battery Pack Pro (application luncher, power&soft reset button incl.)
2) Pocket weather can be updated via GPRS, or ActiveSynch, and how ofen to update, set in the configuration(5 min~several hrs)
3) I did not have any plug-in for Comm manager installed, ?? maybe this question is for Majdi...
besides, you can easily download Omegaone and pocket weather on internent, just search in google, they are everywhere. In case you can not find them, contact me again, I have the registered program and it may be not right to release here I think.
For some reason when I set this beauty as wallpaper it doesn't fit the screen completely....
it does show it's the right size etcetera but I can't get it to fit...
maybe somebody can give me a little hint on what I'm doing wrong?

A couple of things...
1) Does anyone know of any conflicts between SPB Pocket+ and WA2? I just downloaded P+ and thinks it's fantastic, the only problem is hat my top and bottom taskbars are now back to the original 'blocky' style. Can these two programs run together?
2) I have seen screen shots of peoples today screen where they have a bluetooth icon. Where can I get this icon from? I want to be able to turn my bluetooth on and off at the touch of a button rather than having to go through comms manager (idle I know, but there you go). I have scoured my XDA looking for the icon and think I can safely say... it's not there!

Shouldn't be a problem running both PP and WA2. Just remember to turn off PP's close functionality.

sadly speaking all doesnt work on manilla... only 1 i have awork around is icontact and changing the left key to icontact... but i really love mobile shell contacts

You can definately use it with "2nd Today", I am using SPB Traveller with 4 different clocks & VOIP on the normal Today Screen.

I run SPB Mobile shell, it's not active as a plug-in, I can still use the slide move from "Start" tho ( 15 extra fav contacts and stuff ), and by using Fantastic Bytes Softkey Manager 1.1 my right softkey is set to SPB contacts, works like a charm
