For a long time now I have been wondering when Microsoft's Marketplace for mobile would be finished. Sadly after reading much of the material posted by developers I'm getting the idea the it might not catch on as well as Microsoft hoped. Paying $99 USD per app per year to publish a free app is insane. You would have to be a marketing genius to convince people to donate enough money to cover the cost for you. Other than the current special of 1-5 apps for $99 I don't see this as a viable way to spread freeware applications to the masses. So in turn I have been looking for a way to create a market where free apps can be published and download on a fast reliable server for FREE. I know there are already many apps that have this idea but my spin on it would be to allow apps to be sold as well. Using open source shopping carts like oscommerce would make this a possible idea. There would be no charge to the seller. The shop would be completely funded on donations. Luckily, I already have a host but I would need support from coders and developers to make this come true.
So far, I need someone to code a payment module to allow oscommerce to set each individual pay app to its respective developer's paypal account. So when you choose the app you want and continue to pay for it, the money will go directly to the developer. Like Microsoft, a simple little app or link in the program files can route people to the site so anyone can download and buy on the fly. Seems simple enough right? I have a test shop where I am trying to put up a live demo so that developers would be more inclined to publish their apps when they see my idea in action. I'm still not done with it as I also have another project that I am getting paid for. You will see the site go down and up a lot till I am comfortable with the layout and stability.
I really need some input on this. Do you think that this could actually work and would you support if it became a reality?

I'm working with a site called freewarepocketpc.net right to write a client (currently for the freeware side) but also could contain the shareware/paid apps. Creating your own database AND program is not something that you can take on in your free time

I agree. This would be difficult to do but im going to try and see this through.
I have an app that I want created, it has a very specific function and will be very useful. It will require knowledge of roms, NV writing, and OTA programming. I have a very planned workflow, and a virtually limitless hardware supply for testing various handsets. This could potentially be a great earner, and I'm also prepared to throw some cash at the project to get someone interested. If any of you feel like you fit that bill, get in touch with me and let's get serious...this app is needed MONTHS AGO and will continue to be needed for a long time & could grow exponentially. Since it's based on cross promotion, the bigger the community becomes the better it will be for us, its users. For now, it's been working really well for me, and the popularity of my apps has slowly increased. For those who don't know how cross promotion works, it's very simple: I advertise your app in my app, and you do so in yours.
Tappx gives you credits for advertising other apps in your own app, and you can choose where you want to spend your credits (Tappix). You can choose the country you want to be advertised in and design your own promotion campaign.
Furthermore, if you don't have any banners of your own, they have some available ones that you can freely use. It won’t take more than 20 minutes to upload your app there and start making some profit out of it.

You may ask whatever you like, with an understanding that there will be consequences.
A Google Search for an affordable activation key would most likely be your better path, rather than asking here for methods to circumvent.
I understand that not all are capable of paying a 'retail' price for Windows. However, reasonable alternatives are available with effort. What you are requesting is tantamount to thievery and, yes, that will be frowned upon here.
Also, my understanding is that Windows will allow use while unactivated, with watermarks and nag messages and other possible minor annoyances. Deal with the annoyances, pay for discounted activation via Google Search, or compromise your morals. These choices are yours alone, to exercise... and live with.
I bought a product Key, but was invalid. I'm waiting to receive another One from that buyer.

I regret to hear that you have, in fact, attempted to purchase a key and have not been provided a valid one. I now have concerns about the legitimacy of the seller that you have located. But I can do nothing for that except suggest that you request a simple refund as quickly as possible. Disseminating invalid keys is unacceptable and should not be encouraged by a continued relationship with such a questionable seller. Obtain a refund, if possible, and select a different source.
