i bought some bt stereo sunglasses off ebay. i paired them with the mda and the optoin to set it as a stereo headset is greyed out and i can only choose the handsfree. my question is, are the sunglasses i bought not a2dp, or do i need a hack or something to make them work in true a2dp? im using the custom tmo 2.24 rom. if anyone can answer this or direct me in the right direction id really be greatful. ive done a search with no luck

if you get it working, let me know because I'd like to buy the ht820 but only if I can get it to work with both mp3 and handsfree.
mp3 and ht820
Thanapan,
You have the ht820 working with MP3? how'd you get it working with mp3? how did you get the bluetooth profile to work with it? does it come with software that you installed on your xdaII?
Best regards...

Can anyone help? :?:
Got the bluetake BT420ex stereo headset for xmas, works fine for handsfree make/receive calls, but tried installing the different bt v2 cab's that have been going around the forum, but that would be to easy.
in the new "audio" setting the drop down menu called Default headset: is empty? :?:
I asume this is because when first pearing the k-jam to the bluetake there is only handsfree and serial available? no tick box for stereo headset.
quick opiniun on the headset, bigger than thought they would be,
will take some time to not feel very BIG on head!
but the plus side is the sound through the dongle via the k-jam is great!
thanks in advance for any help
and a happy new year "hic"
So I have been reading many many posts about bluetooth static while on a call and the phone being very close to the headset. I have similar problems with my PDA2k.
I also carry a blackberry 7105t and the bluetooth is flawless and very clear.
With the new release of Qtek AKU2 ROM 1.30.77 1.30.176 1.09.00 WWE
Which Radio version is best for the USA and T-Mobile?
Does the Radio have "anything" to do with the Bluetooth clarity (static in the earpiece between the xda and the bt500)?
I am on the phone ALL DAY and can not hold any phone to my head so I need my bt500 to work well with whatever i buy and so this is the last thing i need to clear up before i make the purchase. Any help is appreciated. FISH
Anyone?
Seriously no one uses the Jabra bt500 - it is an AWESOME headset. You could play any sport with it in and it wont fall out and the clarity is perfect - WITH THE RIGHT PHONE.
Please someone chime in here........
FISH
The BT 500 is one of the best headsets out there, if you are getting static try re-pairing your headset.
Jabra official support will tell you that the phone should be on the same side as the headset.
If it's too bad I would try to have Jabra swap it out under warranty.
How can i repair?¿?
Thanks
You can't repair you can try to delete the partnership and then pair it again.
thanks, but it´s solved the stactic ?¿?

I've been trying to find out how to get A2DP on my phone so I can use bluetooth to play music over wireless headphones. Is it possible to add A2DP to my phone (SMT5600)?
Thanks
Don't all answer at once...
Should I just bite the bullet and get an 8125 (wizard)?
From everything i have read... no.
I managed to get my moto ht820 to work, but mono only... which rather sucks. I am now using it with the audio cable that it came with and an adapter, but the audio still is coming out of the phone. (it does not do this when I use the headset via bluetooth, but again... it is in mono and sounds pretty crappy)
I have been looking around trying to figure out if the upgrade to WM5 might fix the issue... but this is my only phone at the moment, so I have not been too free to do too much testing.
if I find anything else out I will repost.
Hi,
I have an aiptek bluewalker HA02 headphone, which is a2dp capable. Unfortunately I cannot pair it as such with my trinity. "connect as stereo" is greyed out.
It only pairs as a normal headset, but of course I cannot use it as stereo headphone for mp3's as it is meant for.
It may work out if I change the device class in the registry manually.
\hkey_local_machine\software\bluetooth\device
If anyone has a working a2dp connection I really would be happy if you could post me the reg-device settings
That is at least the best idea I have, any other ideas are of course welcome.
Thanks upfron for you help!
Thomas
Hi!
I’ve got the same problem with my Bluewalker BW-MP02.
Does anybody have a solution for that?
Thanks,
