I would be so grateful if anyone could help me out with o2 settings. I was able to get the gprs settings into my atom but i am having trouble sorting out the mms settings so that i could send/receive mms msges....
anyone know how to do this?
btw, i am referring to the o2 uk network here. tnx.
Just wondered how you got the GPRS settings as i get the G in a sqaure on my xda atom but when i try and connect to the internet by holding down the G no mobile net work or anything. I imported the phone from australia so any help would be good.

I have searched this forum for a number of weeks but have never seen a post for orange gsm wap settings. I have a 32mb xda with xda-dev ROM so I am running WM 2003 os. I have tried and tried to get wap working using a dial up connection (it works fine on GPRS but this is costly). I have checked the settings on the orange website and throughout the net but the standard settings just do not allow me to route through orange wap. My other phones (P800, 7650) have worked of course. Also t-mobile UK GSM wap settings also work on the xda but not orange network. Does anyone have the settings (not what is put out on the net as standard). It manages to connect to the orange gsm network but will not allow access to surf. IP settings have been checked. Thanks in advance.

Just got the Xdaii (off me mum), but i'm on payg mmo2? Have managed to input the setting 4 the gsm wap so that it connects, but can't seem to view anything! Can i? or will i be able 2? I thought i saw an Xdaii with a WAP icon or would that of been for the gprs?
I get Free gsm Wap and use it a lot on my Nokia 6310i, is the gprs diffrent ie, should i with the right settings still get it for free?

Anyone able to help Please. I have a Qtek 9100 and have applied the K-Jam Orange Contract Cab file, but it does not work. I can manually get the Internet working but am unable to get MMS working properly. I have to manually select between an internet connection and an MMS connection.
Anyone any ideas why the K-jam settings do not work or any other workaround

I'm getting a bit lost in the forums searching for the right connection details for my new (contract) 02 XDA Exec. Could anybody copy+paste the config for GSM, GPRS/3G and MMS for me please?
Also, is there a chance I'll get IP connectivity over GSM when I'm abroad?

Do you know if there is a way to avoid the exec to connect without asking?
I don't want him to automatically connect via GPRS!

hello can someone help me with my internet problem. im using tesco mobile a sim card but my inernet explorer will not let me connect to any page. the gprs says im connected but no page. im phone is a mda 11i running pug 1.11.162 radio 1.04 camera fix o2 removed. this is starting to bug me now. thanks

I think that you should check your GPRS settings and make sure that your proxy and HTTP/WAP ports are correct. Also check the rest IP/DNS settings.
Oh and of coarse is your GPRS access password/user name protected?

Tried using a Tesco SIM when I first purchased Wizard, problem with network will not let you connect. Another network is the only option, Sorry.
