I wanted to install Lextionary software on my Jasjar's Storage card. But on running the installer file on the desktop, when I active sync, the device installation screen beigns, which asks, where would you like to install, on Main Memory or on Storage card memory. On selecting the Storage card , the error message says, " Space unavailable" though I have full 500 MB space free on my 1 gb sd card. Please help me

When I try to download things from the browser onto my phone, it says I have insufficient storage. I formatted my SD and now have over 7GB of free space so I think the downloads are saving to my phone instead of my SD card. The problem is, when I go into my internet settings to "Download storage" it says "Storage card" underneath but it's grayed out. Wtf is going on and is anybody else having this problem?
I have CM7 on my SanDisk 2GB SD card for my Nook. I've been playing around for a while, downloading lots and lots of apps. The problem is after 300MBs of apps, SD card can't accept any more apps.
Can I repartition the card so that I get more space for my apps? Can I use internal storage for my apps? Or do I just have to buy bigger SD Card?
i have the same question. i have phiremod v6.3 installed on the emmc. although it shows that i have like 500MB available, i still get the "cannot install app because insufficient storage available" message.

i have installed the cm9 beta build 13 on my sgs.
Now i have also installed the samsung apps.
After a few downloads from samsung appsstore i got the message "out of memory".
the is no telephone memory.
but the mobile tells me, that i have 1.6gb internal memory free, 3.3gb sd card free memory and usb space 1.12gb free.
So, i can´t find any reason fro the message.
Is there a partition (cahe or so) which can be out of space?

I have moved to aurrora 4.1. I dont have external . Now i am oepning es explorer and it only shows adress / /sd card and says below
SDcard unmounted or not present or empty.
Internal sd card.
Why can be that? When i connect to pc, it shows one partition. Before flashing this rom, i had 2 partitons.
I lick storage and it says total space of interneal storage 1.18 gb , apps 165 mb availabe 0.97 gb
usb stogare avilabe 1.46 gb, total 1.46. I dton ahve usb or not connected to pc now.
How can i solve that?
I clicked walpapers, choose from gallery. I could show my photos there, blogger and foursquare photos to choose burt suddenly "no sd card" writing came and i could not click. There is a sd card, my files are in there but how cant it see?
After moving an app to system, then i downloaded something on google play. it says insufficient storage available. my sd card is 2 gb free. my internal is 120 mb free. my system is 50mb free. but it actually says insufficient storage available. any fix for this?

Doesn't matter bout sd card storage only internal free
You have only 50 and probably need at least 60-80mb free to install an app
You can either
Use a cache cleaner to free up storage temporary if available
Or
Use Link2sd to link apps to sd card -
requires a 2nd sd card partition - can do it in cwm but it will format the sd card so backup to Pc first
