My Cin8525 cannot play video (e.g. from YouTube). There always message: either the JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. I have checked MIDlet folder, but empty, so I installMIDlet Mngr 11.1.7.1023 but still did not work. Downloaded and installed FlashPlayer7, also did not work. Please help

See my YouTube-related articles in the general forum. You do NOT need any MIDLet support to play back YouTube videos.
Im using B&B 4.3 and want to use gmail app but I cant seem to install it, any ideas or advice?
problem sorted, i installed a java midlet manager
I installed an application but cannot found it in app drawer. The application is Oxford Dictionary For English which i bought from the mobilesystemms.
The application worked no problem on the old 1.6 Android based Rom. What i reported issue aopears on my newly burned CM6 Froyo ROM.
The interesting thing is that i can see the application in the application manager. And, i can even remove it. Just found no way to launch.
I've already tried two different ways to do the install, one of them is to copy the apk to sdcard and install the apk in phone with Astro File manager; the another method is to install the apk from my PC with 'adb install' commond.
Does anyone has a clue? Thanks.

I don't know why you don't have the icon, but you might be able to create your own icon for it using AnyCut or a similar app. I believe this can only create icons on one of your home screens, not your app drawer, but it's better than nothing.
I unistalled Skype and when I tried to reinstall it from the site it tell me that is INSTALLED. From the Market application in X10 the Skype doesn´t appers for me. I tried to syncronized the X10 with my acount and now Skype on site appear INSTALL but the popup tell me that my device is not compatible! And in Market on device Skype doesn´t appears.
How can I solve this problem?
Best regards
Have you tried installed it from the market webpage on your computer?

I think the newer version is not compatible with X10, users reported that calls didn't work at all, so maybe that's why it doesn't appear in the market for our phones anymore.
Google is your friend, try finding the apk and install manually!

Yes, I tried.
I tried to install from the two modes: by app on X10 and by site on my PC.
In the X10 Skype don´t appear. In PC it appear as INSTALED but I had unintalled!
I can install Skype v. 2.0.0.47 from Market on the computer and Market on the phone, I'm on stock SE firmware, works flawlessly here.
I would think it's your "gsm.operator.number/gsm.sim.operator" that doesn't allow it.

Root Manager and Astro are good file managers. Opera is a good web browser that works on the Nook
thanks a lot... but when i go on search (in market) they didn't work... why?
It doesn't work, it is broken somehow. Go to market, open apps menu, all, the best free, downloas opera and file manager. Then if you want to install app from market google opera "appbrain (app you want to download)", hit first one, and on top you should find a link to market, click it, and download app form market.
Other method is to use market.android.com
another solution is download it from pc
last question... when i download a file from opera it says "you haven't a card insert... insert one and try again" can i fix this problem?
i solved...
can you talk me about a wi fi manager (support enterprise wifi) and a good pdf reader for nook?
i have downloaded an application for web, and when i try to install it, it says "for security, your phone is set to block installation of application not sourced in android market"
how i solved it?
Assuming you rooted with Touchnooter you can enable non-market installs in Nook Color Tools
i've tried to uncheck-check again the options and it works fine...
thanks a lot
last problem
