I went to set up on PQZII. I set ALT/A to launch \windows\calendar.exe. I close set up and enter alt/a and it didn't launch calendar.

i synced up my work email via exchange, but it prompts me to enter this password every time i turn my phone back on (back light turned off). is there a way to by pass this?
what version of Exchange is it? I am syncing with Exchange 2007 and do not get prompted for my password after inital setup. Also, did you change your password recently?
I think he's referring to having to unlock it whenever you put it on standby and turn it back on (tap the top button twice).
help..i used lockpicker..and now my exchange keeps poping up the prompt to have me enter a password..'attention your exchange server requires that you enable...'..what should i do!? it didnt happen for like a week..
I cannot change the settings in Accounts & Sync Update Schedule for any sync items.
I press the update schedule and it shows the menu with "1 Hour, 2 Hour, 3 Hour" etc. but if I select an item it doesn't change and I always get the top setting.
I'm running LeeAndroid 2.3.3.
Anyone else had this problem before?
I am having this problem too on my ARHD 4.0 Beta 2, but only for Facebook for HTC Sense. And if I deactivate sync after a restart it always activate itself, without saying that I cannot modify the sync frequency.
Any ideas?
I have the same issue using "Andriod Revolution HD 4.0 (GB 2.3.2).
I did notice within "Stocks" widget that the update schedule was set to the default. But upon trying to change it, it just takes over and sets it to "Every 5 minutes".

I've got the samsung e-mail app set up for my exchange active sync account and everything is working as it should. However, I have noticed that if you open the samsung e-mail application from a shortcut it says refreshing at the bottom of the screen but no mail is actually transferred until you go to menu and select refresh. It then says refreshing at the bottom of the screen and your new mail is downloaded.
Has anyone else noticed this and is there any way to fix this so that the mail will start downloading when you open the app (or knows what the app is doing when it says 'refreshing' and it isn't actually doing anything?)

Mine doesn't even load even if I refresh it manually and that damn circle keeps circling!!! (Not always, but many times)
Op, the refreshing on start up is synching up your screen view with the little mail database on the phone (that is in turn updated by android auto sync process if auto sync is enabled).
The refresh in the menu is actually going to servers to grab new mail.
I am wondering if there is a setting I am missing. I would like my stock G2 email to refresh everytime I open the app. It does this sometimes and then other times I need to manually do this. I have retrieve interval set to manual but 50% of the time it does refresh as I open the app. Otherwise I am perfectly happy with the stock app. First phone I have used almost all the stock apps and even launcher. So I'm sure this is a known issue but every time I restart my phone the Calendar settings reset. I have the week starting on Monday but it always goes to Locale default (which is Sunday) and also adds a default reminder of 15 minutes which I don't need. Any solution to fix that? Is there a way to manually change the system Locale default calendar day? I can deal with the reminder I guess but the week day throws me off every time.
Also when I had my iPhone in the email/Gmail app whenever I got an email with a date/time it would highlight it and let me add it to the calendar. Sadly I haven't seen this option here. On mobile anyway. Any mod that could fix that? I get my schedule emailed and it's a pain to add manually cuz I sometimes mess it up :/
