How to access Extended Rom in Dopod 818 Pro?

Please can someone tell me how I can get in to the Extended Rom of the Dopod 818 Pro... I need to extract the PhonePad cab and the Smartdailing Cab (WM5) so that I can test them on the O2 Atom (WM5).

Which cab from Exte ROM is carrier setting

I'm using Dopod 838Pro in Asia. Can someone tell me which cab files in the Dopod containes the carrier settings for Asian telcos?
I wanted to findout the settings to use it on my Treo 750v
