New front speaker for QTEK s100. pls Help.. - JAM, MDA Compact, S100 General
Hi.
I have tryed to get my hands on a new spare front speaker for my s100.
The only way I have now is to let Engström Telecom in Sweden do the work for over 130 USD .. they say that QTEK in sweden dont want them to sell the speaker only.. Even after the warranty is out .. I must let them do the "stealing" work ..
So please .. anyone know anywhere in the WORLD that sell speakers that can be used in the HTC magician .. ??
Or if anyone in Sweden have a trashed one that I can buy for spareparts?
Only thing needed to work is the front (ear) speaker

I have brouk back speker in my JAM? Pleas can you tell me how I can change him? And maybe som telephon speaker is compatible?

Sorry I have never seen a speaker that looks like the back speaker in a Magician in another phone..
I have got a tip on my front speaker.. Nokia have same speakers in some newer units.. maybe the back speaker is a nokia speaker to .. from one of the 9000 serie..

For the rear speaker replacement - speaker from Alcatel OT511 looks very similar. Just go to the electronic market, or some cellular phone repair office and ask them - there is no problem, because rear speaker is large and can be replaced by other same-or-smaller size speaker.
For the front speaker hmm... there is a problem, it's small and it's not eusy to find speaker that fit its place.

The back speaker in the magician is the same as the front speaker in the blueangel, but the magian has a longer connecting lead.

Qtek S100 front speaker is similar to Nokia 2600, 3100, 3120, 3200, 3650, 3660, 5100, 6100, 6220, 6600, 6610(i), 6630, 6670, 6680, 6820, 7210, 7250(i), 7600, 7610, 7650

Tnx for all answer.. I have now a Nokia 3200 speaker in my s100.
The speaker have springs to connect to the motherboard .. much better then the orginal connections..
I ripped the speaker out of my friends Phone.. and was on my way here to let U all know what speaker to use.. and U guys already answer the question .. hehe .. fast support

Did someone try this A2DP patch for Qtek ? http://www.smartmobile.se/item.aspx?id=743 I don't have Swedish IMEI, so I can't download it. Can someone from Sweden do it for us all, please?

Isn't this site Qtek - centered? Sorry, my swedish knowledge is limited, but they refer to Qtek everywhere.
two diff. general agents in sweden. Daangard (Smartmobile) and Qtek. So my IMEI wont work, but I told ya, at least give me a bloody day guys!

Click to collapse We just want to see what does this patch do. May be it is a cleaner solution than the one described in the thread you refer to (it is not without problems). I myself didn't make up my mind on whether to use bt stereo headset, and won't buy one until I will see that there is a native and headache free soluion.

Sorry, I've got the "wrong" supplier for this one. As mentioned, qtek is distributed by Brightpoint and Dangard, with A2DP beeing supported by Dangard. Of course my s200 is from Brightpoint :roll:

OK I have installed it over the tornado Patch and test it with the I Tech Blueband and the Sound quality it´s a little bit better than the Tornado Patch but not mutch better... anyone a idear why the blueband had a so bad soundquality ??? If I need any MSI Blueplayer Driver or whatever ???

The files and registry settings in this CAB are the EXACT SAME as the ones in the original Tornado patch. I repeat: they are the exact same. There can't be any difference in sound quality. O2 blue wireless headset incompatibilities
Hello, can anyone help me? A friend of mine offered me this bluetooth headset that came with his new O2 UK phone for free, the problem is that my prophet just can't pair with the headset, well it doesn't even discover it... I try it with my n-gage, my dads Motorola V3, my brother nokia and my mums Samsung and he always works fine... this is very important to me since road laws in Portugal don't allow you to drive with a cord headset as long as it has 2 phones... so the one that came with my prophet isn't usable... I have the latest radio rom and I tried out all off the radio roms in the FTP with no luck... Hope my English is clear enough for you guys... Thanks in advance

Hi, I bought the new BH-800 to use with my K-JAM. The sound quality is bad and when I put the phone in my pocket I cannot here anything but noises. Does anyone had this problem ? Regards, Derix
