sim unlock code

hello i did the wizard unlock manual/
it goes well my kjam is now unlock
but from someway i got a popup that says the the sim is invalid
and i need to enter unlock code
what i need to do?
what the unlock code?

what do you mean by that. still my x2 refuse unlock screen. after entering the right code. is still static. help pls is urgent

remove the battery, and restart your phone...

should you mobile phone not react, so install the offical SE Firmware Updater and reinstall the ROM

The update you could btw do yourself.. But you will loose EVERYTHING you have stored on your phone, including contacts, sms etc.

Can you connect your mobile phone with Microsoft Aktiv Sync ??
If so store your data !!

My phone with the same problem. When the phone X2 run at low baterry it seem to show windows popup notify about Low baterry and I slide to unlock the phone and it didnot respone for along time (ex:1h) and after that the message "Unlock" the phone appear require to enter unlock code althrought I never set the code for my phone. I try to enter many time of code like 0000 or 1111 and so on but not effect. And the best solution is remove and insert the batery again. I wonder ever time low batery I try this?? Anyone solve this problem perfect? I realy extream unendureable with this.

I have unlock code - What to do next?!

I got an unlock code from Vodafone. I followed the instructions, put in a different carriers SIM (Orange), boots the phone up and there's no prompt to unlock code. The phone boots normally and says no sim card is in. Has anyone had similar problems? Rang both VF and HTC and were unable to help! Does anyone have an idea of how to bring up the 'unlock' prompt?

Once you unlock the phone, it should bring up a keypad, or you should be able to bring up the keypad to dial in the unlock code. Hit OK afterwards, and it'll unlock the SIM. Just did it now.

I put in the new sim card, the phone boots as normal. I get no prompt to unlock it, neither does the keypad come up. It just says I have no sim inserted.

I have the same problem,when I put other sim not asking for unlocking code,do u find how to enter unlocking code?

I have the same issue. Did anyone ever get it figured out?

[Q] Can't Network Unlock even with Code

I got my unlock code from ATT but I can not seem to find a way to unlock it, either with the ATT sim in or a TMobile one. Previously using methods here on XDA I was able to unlock the SIM lock; the Subset lock; the SP lock and the Corporate lock. Going into Diagnosis all of those locks are disabled. However, the Network lock is still enabled. When I put in the unlock code and excute, I keep getting the message of incorrect password.
How can I remove the Network lock???

Have you tried this? (Network Unlock section on Wiki)
Also, how many times have you tried already? You might need an "unfreeze" code if the unlock code provided was wrongly introduced 3 times... (which is different from the NCK code)

My Sim Lock already reads Disabled in the Diagnosis Menu. Only Network Lock shows as Enabled.

Same thing buddy. SIM PIN is not SIM (un)Lock
Quoting from the wiki:
How to unlock with code (IMEI dependent):
1. Open Diagnosis (enter ##634# in dialer)
2. In Diagnosis type *#7465625# to enter Locks menu (carrier/network etc) and enter in "Network Lock"
3. In the "Enter NCK" box type your code and press Execute
That should unlock your phone.

I guess I was unclear. That is EXACTLY what I have been doing. When in Network Lock and type the code in NCK, then press Execute, I get the message Incorrect Password.
What password? Where?

Looks like you've tried this too many times and you need an unfreeze code or a MCK code.
PCK - Provider Code Key (SIM lock)
NCK - Network Lock (Network Lock - IMEI dependant)
SCK - Special Code Key (Provided/set by manufacturer)
SPCK - Special Provider Code Key (Master unlock code by device carrier)
MCK - Misuse Code Key (Un/Freeze code)
I think AT&T can only give you the NCK. You might be able to drop it in the shop and ask to get it unlocked (they do have the SPCK) but they might refuse.

I got the unlock code from my mobile operator/ So when I insert a foreign SIM, it requires me to fill it, which I do, but it returns an error saying that the network unlocking was unsuccessful.
I've tryed using dial codes like:
#7465625*638*XXXXXXXX# (XXXXXXXX being the actual code) to unlock SIM network, but it says "Connection issue or invalide HMI code
*#*#197328640#*#* to run service menu and get to the network lock menu, but it says that "MENU NOT EXIST PRESS BACK KEY Current Command is 186"
I've also tryed using GalaxSim Unlock application but it 's unable to actually unlock my phone because it says the blocking system is not yet supported.
I'm running out of ideas to unlock SIM network on my phone, so any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

You probably have to be on the stock ROM to unlock.

Is this some kind of bug that might be fixed in the future?
