Is there any way to set the task reminder to anything other than 8am? I am normally driving in the car, so would prefer 9am.
Thanks
Set the default task reminder time using Outlook on your PC. This will update the reminder time on the PDA. OR use PocketInformant.
Cheers
Thanks I'll give it a go.
Hi,
I'd like to change some settings on my Jam's calenendar: is it possible to set the starting hour for a working day at 9:00 and the ening hour at 18:00, for example?
How can I disable all the reminder for my old appointments?
Thanks!
Recurring reminders can be caused by a corrupt mailbox.
Connect to your mailbox from any Windows Outlook client with the switch /cleanreminders.
That's of course if that's the issue =P
I have the above running wm5 and have birthdays set in outlook as all day events as reminders as annually.
I set the reminder to come up as a reminder 7 days in advance to give me time to get organised.
Problem is that I am getting loads of alarms, where ideally I would like a 7 day earlier not in the diary or tasks.
Is there anything possible or any ideas?
Thanks
Sarah
hi there. on my trinity, I was used to birthdays 1.2.10 (http://www.pdagold.com/software/detail.asp?s=798), which was perfect as a today plugin. problem is, today screen is not the same anymore on my diamond, and I'm wondering if someone can advice me a good application to replace birthdays ? thanks in advance
Hello,
The best I found is still using Birthdays 1.2.10 but... with SecondToday.
So you still have a Today screen and you can use some of your favorites plugins.
It's just a little less convenient but easily accessible with the task manager or a hardware key.
Regards,
There's one on your phone alrady - the calendar, I wouldn't bother installing another app to rob memory as I use the calendar and it works great.
Hello, I think, here is needed simple application, which will not reside on today screen (I use only TF3D):
1) runs for example once a day (may be morning)
2) find birthdays in all contacts
3) if birthday day is today, show reminder
Yes, I can set reminder for every birthdays, but it is not effective, because you have birthday specified in contacts and reminder for the same day
I don't understand why there is a "birthday" field in Contacts but no option for having a birthday reminder. Seems pointless.
I'm currently using Google Tasks Organizer, version 2.4.1. I discovered today that a repetitive task that is set to repeat 7 days after completion and marked complete on my phone was not properly handled. I'm using gSyncit to coordinate my calendar and contacts with Google and the Android. The completed task DOES show up in Outlook properly, one week after the completed date. However, the task no long appears on my phone or on my Google calendar. Any suggestions on how I get get repetitive tasks to work with the phone? Is there another method that works with Android/Google/Outlook?
Thanks in advance.
