mr. chenrp. i will answer the relevent questions only here because ur question 'what is a stickies ?' just seems as if u r trying tell us u r really a noob.
cos' a person new at forums will rather not use the word 'noob' as most forums use this word for beginners.
you are also a member of many many forums relating to symbian, hardware, nokia etc. and u still tell us u don't know what a 'sticky' is.
sorry for that...lets move on.
there is no wm5 or wm6 for ur ppc till date.
ur current os is wm2003se or (windows mobile 2003 second edition)
if its working properly and on top of that u r new to these things- i would suggest u stick with whatever you have right now or most probably you will render your device unusable (as such there is almost no scope for getting anything better on ur magician)

Hi! very sorry for a new thread, but it is very important for me. Can somebody to describe step by step in details what should I made when I want:
- to save my original Polaris ROM
- how can I recover it (in details, how by pdocread (on PC and PPC) and what should I made with raw files)
- to have a new ROM for example from BEPE
PLEASE!!!

did you even read that link that I directed you??? it has original ROMS in that thread. Use a page translator if that helps you. Everything you need is in that thread...

This is NOT my question, I asked the reverse. And I don't want to use SSMaho, if there is a path to "All people"-page.

a) It's the standard path to favorite contacts
b1) Seems to be the right path, but didn't work for me - see my post above
b2) Different thing.
edit: Tried again the path written in my post above. Now it works! I don't know why Maybe spell error?

sorry if someone can consider useless this thread, but I searched a lot inside the general forum and I didn't find a guide or a sticky to create a custom rom for the leo.
could someone be so kind to give me a hint and explain me where to find something?
I would liked to start learning something new (if it is not too difficult!)...

At home I refused to help - I ask you: correct, please, mms.apk so do not sms mms converted to when a certain number of characters.
File pulled from firmware version 2.3.7a MIUI, so I simply have not found such a emended. For official firmware it is, but for MIUI - no.
Oh yeah, forgot to phone - Samsung Galaxy S i9000. Although, if I post a topic in this thread, it's obvious)
Uh .. thank you in advance for your assistance) And, if not difficult to poke his nose in the manual how to do it, so I do, when selecting a new firmware, do not bother with it

try to edit the mms.apk as described in this thread and see if it works..it should anyway. keep a backup of the original apk!
