English ROM <=> Chinese ROM

Can anybody advise how can change English ROM to Traditional Chinese ROM or from Traditional Chinese to English ROM?
If possible, pls kindly advise step by step and the relavant software tools needed.

I have a JAQ3 which I have flashed using this rom Http://down.hz-pda.com/rom/JAQ/JAQ3_6.0_CHS.rar .
It works nicely but it is only in Chinese. Please help me to make it english or to add some layer so that the interface is english. PLEASE HELP ME FAST.

this is not so easy to do... i am also trying to make an wwe version of a chinese rom for mio a701...
but if there is anybody who can help...

Your uploaded rom is WM 5 and not WM 6 which I had shown to be in chinese. I want to just add english language to a chinese rom.

Choose one of the roms in this section: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=374, they are all english WWE and flash it to your device.

some of it are english.
and there are german roms at the back, but they will write that its in german.

I buy a polaris with english language rom but i wan´t put the portuguese rom.
How i can do it ?

If you know the ROM perhaps there's a language file for it.
If not than you have to install a ROM with your chosen language.
Please correct me if there are other opportunities.
