No, it does not work that way. It must be something like the BA_AZERTY_Hardware_Keyboard_Patch_for_WWE_ROM.cab. The cab works for WM5.

To change the soft keyboard try hades german input pack. Can be found here in the forum.
Best choice for the software keyboard is resco keyboard found on handango.
I am sure you could swap the SIP files but I have no Idea were they are and I have never seen another solution in the BA section.

I have following question:
Is it possible to set, for example, the Phonepad as an standard? I installed it, but after every start there is the bad normal minikeyboard as an standard. I only need this one and the hardware keyboard. Is it possible to block the other ones or something like that?

I believe the SIPChange program works on these devices as well. I can't say for sure but u can give it a shot.
Thanks, but it doesn´t work. After a reboot it says that he cannot open the programm because of certificate or something like that.

Greetings from a little country in the middle of Europe
I ‘went to flash my Touch HD, with the Topaz ROM, in order to get a new TF3D that has landscape support. All works fine. But as I also like to use Putty for Telnet and SSH sessions, I'm in need of a full QWERTY Keyboard in order to have ESC and CTRL buttons.
Unlikely, this ROM doesn't have the stock HTC Keyboard, I want to have.
As Finger keyboard is not the solution I aim for, could someone please provide me a CAB file of the original HTC keyboard?

Back on my Diamond I used to have Golumn keys, is there such an fix for the HD at all or would even the ones for Diamond work?
I don't really want to try and see in case I have to re-inst my phone totally, only just got it the way I like it but I do need to have Russian input.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Uhum there is a tool called FingerKeybord, That has almost all Language in it, and u can install it on you're phone,... that you have russian input (for messaging and i-net and other stuff )...

I tried a lot of external keyboards, but I don't really like them.
I have got [Dutty's WM6.5 R7 M2.5 Thriller] and there a new Manila 2.5 present.
Does anybody have .cab with new Manila russian keyboard?

I am using the latest ENERGY rom on my blackstone. Tried all sorts of keyboards including FKB - didn't like it.. I am now surviving with a ru-en swype...
So I downloaded the Morphgear HD2 version and it seems to work like a charm except that keyboard mapping is not possible. When setting it in the config, it recognizes the keys but once you try to use them during playing, they dont respond. Anyone know how to fix this?
Id imagine if someone can find a solution to this, it may also fix the FPSECE keymapping problem...

i cant wait until somebody figures it out. i really want to play fpsece with alpha keys.
