Yup, when you open the camera, there is a settings button on the bottom right part of the screen (in laptop mode). Click on it, there should be a setting somewhere which lets you save the pictures to the SD card. Unfortunately I don't have it with me right now to tell you exactly where, but its easy to find
If you open the camera you then go to the settings (second icon from the right) this will bring up the setting page. On the bottom left you will see the "Tools" option. Go to Tools>Options>General tab, you can then choose where to save your photos/videos by using the pull-down menu.
Happy snapping

Damn, I always forget the two buttons at the buttons...
Thanx for pointing that out...

fantastic !!! Done it.. so simple !
Solution found, thread closed
Hi everyone,
1st thread I startup.. I have the TMOUS HTC HD2.. While messing around with the phone I came upon the following.. It's a hassle to have to go to Settings then click on All Settings to try and get to Remove Programs, Bluetooth, Today Etc..
Here is a neat trick to have the All Settings Icons on your Start Menu.
1. Go to Settings/All Settings
2. Click and hold the Icon you want.
3. Select Move to top.. the icon remains in its original location..
Now go to your Start Menu and the Icon you had clicked on will now appear here!!
I included Images for better illustration on before and after, you can see i moved the Bluetooth Icon over. You can also delete the copied Icon from the Start Menu by simply holding it and selecting Move Down. It will not be deleted from the All Settings screen.
This is not that big of a deal but I figured it might make it easier for others as it does for me..
Check out screen shots..
Is there anyway to have the camcorder settings saved? If I adust the contrast or saturation or even white balance and then back out of the camcorder app the settings aren't saved and everything is zeroed and auto again. Maybe there is something I'm missing, so figured I'd ask.
Odd, pretty sure mine save...

Most settings you can double tap the new setting to save the change or tap the small funny icon on the bottom right to save the changes. But on the settings with the side bar you must tap the funny icon on the bottom right. Looks like a little sim or memory card or something.

Within the applications panes of TouchWiz(3), is there a way to re-order application icons alphabetically if you have manually ordered them whilst in edit mode?
Display them as a list. The list is shown A-Z I believe. Or use ADW.Launcher instead as I do.
I take that's a no then...
inside the apps menu, press the menu button then select edit.
now u can sort them the way u want "hold on the icon u wanna move till it come up then move it"
to move the icon to a different page, while holding it, drag it to the edge of the page, and it will automatically jump to the next screen
This is what I do in the launcher port:
Settings > Application > Manage Applications > (Filter All) > choose Twlauncher > Clear Data
When you return to the launcher it will re-cache data and present the app drawer alphabetically. Downside is you lose all saved homescreen icons and widgets.
kenshinta, that did it, thanks for that.
To the others, yep, I know how to move the icons around, I was after a way to reset them to alphabetical. The clear data tip did it, reset the launcher to default.
good tip kenshinta thanks!

Or alternatively you can use gtg465's modded launcher. The downside is you lose the number in the message, emails and the Samsung app market.

Is anybody else seeing an issue where google photos is also backing up your screenshots? There is not option within the Google photos app to not sync screenshots.

Open Google photos app, click the hamburger menu (on the top left corner)/Just swipe from the left side to open the menu. You should see an option for Device folders - click on it to see each of the folders where images are stored in your device.
Each such folder has a cloud symbol on the top right corner. Scroll down to find the Screenshots folder and ensure that the cloud is strike/greyed out (not colored blue).

A screenshot folder does not show up in that section. Camera shows up and the screenshots are in there which I dont understand why.
I have the same question.

Hmm.. Thats strange. My screenshots always got stored in separate folder named screenshots.
Try making a folder named screenshot in gallery and try taking screenshots.. Maybe that will force it to store in separate folders..
