Qtek 1010 or O2 3.16.52 Please Share

In this moment not there is any link for download release rom in subject.
Please if any have download this file:
RUU 3.16.52.exe
Put it on Yahoo Group and send link to all. I have Radio RSU 3.23.01.exe but the rom is corrupted. Now any link work.

HELP ME PLEASE WITH MY QTEK9100

I just bought a new qtek9100,and it has a french rom.
ROM version: 2.17.7.6 FRE
Rom Date: 2/21/06
Radio version: 02.07.10
protocal version: 413.1.03
ExtROM version: 2.17.7.108
Everytime i try to update the rom with ENGLISH ROM,i get ERROR(300)INVALID UPDATE TOOL .
Is it something i doing wrong?
I have already try this 3 ROMS:RUU_Prodigy_2170702_21707102_20710_QTEK_WWE_Ship.exe
:T-Mobile_RUU_Wizard_2241010_224_22511_ENG_US.exe
:RUU_wizard_2241001_22410101_TMobile_WWE_PDAMobizEdition_v120

you need to unlock CID FIRST....to be able to install any rom.

To unlocked CID and then i try using any order Rom to flash my qtek 9100

No pal,
You use LokiWiz (on this forum) to unlock CID and THEN you can flash Roms of another brand (like Qtek, or T-Mobile).

p.s. I am not sure if 2.17 Roms can be CID unlocked already (for free, there is a paid solution).

i downloaded lokiwiz02b and i run likiwiz.bat, my qtek 9100 rebooted .
but still can run any order ROM.

u have to downgrade as in the link i posted above then run lokiwiz .02, read my son.....read

Do i have to pay to get unlock first.

hi dmoney, I'm having the same problem that you are. Lokiwiz just doesn't seem to CID unlock new 9100's, I get the same error [300] message that you do. Hopefully somebody will crack it soon, otherwise we're stuck with the roms that we have.

There is a newer version of lokiwiz then 0.2b...you need to get the latest version.

I've read some posts that explain how to make a software upgrade to my Qtek S200 to Jamin or Dopod rom. Before I make the update, I want to backup my existing S200 rom with aWizard.
Instead of the backup, I read about CID unlocking if you want to be able to downgrade again to an older rom version, so I would like to CID unlock my S200.
There are some links in the forum to UnlockCID application, that points to xda-developers ftp, but the archive was removed.
Please, anyone can upload again the file or send me by e-mail to dagasoft(at)gmail.com.

I've just discovered that aWizard gives the option of CID unlock device.
Do this work for a Qtek S200?

after reading more posts, I've found that CID unlock is not possible for my Qtek IPL/SPL 2.09.
Btw, is possible to upload a different firmware with the hacked Rom Update Utility, but I cant backup my existing rom before.
I see the only possible way to CID unlock my S200 nowadays is using jafwm, so I would be able to run r2sd all to backup my existing Qtek S200 ESP rom.

but i stops on cid unlock, i don't know if my phone is cid unlocked or not, how can i know?

Grrrr... Just read step 3.5 in the post that you referred to. If you have already tried lokiwiz.bat, just read the instructions very carefully.
It is difficult to get any help with the level of information you provide.

Your IPL/SPL look ok for you to be able to CID unlock. Did you run lokiwiz to CID unlock it? If you did and you want to find out if it worked downlolad Wizard Service Tools and click on the CID actions button and it will tell you if it's CID unlocked or not.

I think you need to start by reading this - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=285435. You need to know what you're doing or you will ruin your phone. The ROM you mentioned is an english ROM so, no it won't help you put french on your phone.

[Request] Goldcard Image - CID in thread. ( NO HSPL )

Hello guys following the advice of a great forums member. I have unlocked my HTC HD2, Now i want to debrand it. I do not want to install HSPL so i came across the Goldcard method. I have followed the steps in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=825397 And now i have my CID. Are there any out there who have access to PSAS?
