Hello, i installed a media player on my XDA mini s, but did not like it so i removed it. When i now go inot the file explorer and locate the mp3 files, they cannot be played, as they are not associated with anything and are classed as an unknown format. plese could you help me get the files to associate with windows media player again. thankyou
please somebody reply, i need help
Open file in media player, rather than trying to open in file explorer and letting it find its own default app.
Not sure how to change the default to wmp tho

I have copied some mp3 files in jam. Before it was opening directly with media player whenever I tap on the mp3 file. But now it stops opening those file with media player, and now whenever I click on the file it give this error message:
"There is no application associated with "Filename". Run the application first, then open this file from within the application."
Now everytime I have to open media player first then only I can play the file. What should I do so that whenever I click it should directly open with media player?
Have you installed another player program (GSPlayer, Mort Player etc.) then removed it ?
It sounds like you have, the file association has been lost
YES, I have installed some other player and then removed. From that time I am facing this problem. So how can I resolve this problem?
I watch a lot of asian movies/shows and all the ones i download are .rmvb files. I tried realone player and it wont allow me to open the file from the memory card. I tried using file explore to manually access it, but it says there's no player to support it. Could this be because the file is too big? Is there any solutions? thanks

I can't seem to find that option with acer's default player and the nemo player. Can any one point me to the right direction?
The only way I know to do it is with your file explorer app. I know both ES File Explorer and File Manager HD have the option. All you have to do is long press on a music file(or any file for that matter) and then choose share. It should give you the option after that of sending it via bluetooth.
Hope that helps.
