PLEASE HELP i-Mate JasJar NEWER ROM Update - JASJAR, XDA Exec, MDA Pro General

I have the following version installed in my i-Mate JasJar :
- ROM Version : 1.13.53 WWE
- ROM Date : 09/23/05
- Radio Version : 1.04.02
- Protocol Version : 42.37.P8
- ExtROM Version : 1.13.137 WWE
There is a NEWER ROM for Update ?, I have tried some of them, but I always get an ERROR message, please any advice, also if there is a ROM please the instructions how to do the Upgrade, thanks

No, there isn't a newer imate ROM for the JASJAR as yet. You have the newest.
Of course, when you have errors, it'd be nice if you tell us what the error said.

Qtek 9100 owners - what is your ROM version? plus some quest

1. my ROM number is 1.1.7.5
Does anyone have a newer ROM? different ROM?
2. Also, Im having problems connecting my BT GPS with my navigation software. I can pair my GPS but my software cant find the GPS.
I have seen in XDA-DEV forums that on JASJAR there is a need to discover a hidden software called GPS or something by changing the REG.
Tried that, but nothing, its like the software doesnt exist on Qtek9100.
Also, tried the rest of the thread about the GPS, but still, no success.

3. installed the latest SKYPE. tried to initiate a call, but all is buggy, with hickups and system stuck.
does anyone works with skype on their device? how is it?

You sure you have that date right? Mine is 9/22/05 same as the top post and I have 1.1.75...seems like your would have a later date if it has a newer ROM, Radio, Protocal, and ExtROM? Is your phone branded or unbranded?
Those who have a 9/16/2005 date have the i-mate K-JAM.
Those who have a 9/22/2005 date have the Qtek 9100.

I am successfully running Skype 1.2 Beta on my K-JAM and it works great. I didn't install anything from the extended rom.
Does the non extended ROM version of Skype stay completely unloaded when not in use, and unloads complately after use?
same as JPA for me.

skype doesn't work, it crash both integrated versione both beta for generic arm and k-jam become very instable and need hard reset
it doesn wakeup after sleep mode after skype crash
experience with skype is important for give a valutation of rom i think

Which is the latest, greatest ROM out there?

Hi guys,
Been a while since I've been on here and it would seem there has been a whole load of ROM updates since I have had my Vario. Had a look in the FTP site and theres a whole selection to choose from!
Just wondered if some kind soul could advise which is the best ROM to update to?
According to my phone, I currently have:
ROM version 2.16.9.1 WWE
ROM date : 2/6/06
Radio version : 02.07.10
Protocol version : 413.1.03
ExtROM version : 2.16.9.101
Its an I-Mate ROM currently, but I don't care which ROM I put on it, as long as its the latest stable version available.
Also, is there a 'clean' version of the latest ROM? ie no crap in the extended ROM.

no new rom is out yet, check the faq for existing roms from other manufacturers although I'd advise you to stay with your tytn rom till a new official tytn one comes out.

Yep.
Stay with Radio version (its the best)
But you can try another ROM and or another WM.
Search in Prophet Mobile 6 section, but try to find and read the guide first or you brick yours.
