how can i put a phone option on my today menu? or task bar?
:edit: can ne body tell me how to put IM+ on my today menu also?
Like I said in your other post, just press green dial button; takes you straight to phone no matter what application or screen you're at. No need for phone shortcut to the today screen unless you really want it there...much faster just pressing green dial button though 8)
haha opps guess i missed a few of my post n didnt read lol ne ways thx =)
On my HD, there is no 'show keypad' button during calls. This way, i can't dial numbers to send DTMF tones.
I think it's because I got a branded HD and Vodafone forgot to put in the option.
Is there a hack to get this button back?
Just press the keyboard button on the screen.....
There is no keyboard button on the screen.
I've got 6 small buttons:
Put on hold, second call, make note, mute, speaker & contacts
And a big red button that says 'end call'.
How about the left softkey?

That puts the call on hold.
Interesting....have you installed any custom ROM, dialer software etc.?
Never mind. The dutch translation used for 'show keypad' was confusing, I thought it said 'lock keypad'.
Thanks.
Hi is there anyway to change the way the phone answers as the slide mechanism is really annoying?
Why not use the phone-key (hardkey), to the left of the windows start button?
Is it called hardkey, opposite to softkey?

Under contacts, there is a history tab. How can I delete that?

Once you're on the history tab click on the menu button (the left most button left to home button). That'll give you the delete option. You can choose to delete the entire list or selectively delete.

Wow, I did not realize that was a menu button, but a dialer button. How can I clear the download notifications at the top left?

pull down the notification bar. There should be a clear button there.
I would like to change key mapping like remove option to turn off the device if it's still locked.
It would also be nice to get the green and red button to work as a dial pick up and end call.
If it's possible would you help me?
