I am recive Pocket PC O2 mini XDA PM10A on german language but how change on english language?

Confused about Language on my Wing

Hello people, I have a T-Mobile Wing Hera110 from T-Mobile USA:

ROM Version: 4.26.531.1 WWE
Radio Version: 03.21.90
I need to put Spanish Language into it, I think World Wide Edition (WWE) have it inside not? but how can I set it up to Spanish Language?

I have a Samsung GTB7330, with Windows Mobile 6.5.....
I want to change the phone language to Spanish, but when go to: start / settings / regional settings ..... i only have "US english"
How I can do to change everything into Spanish?

hmm,it will not work because winmo is delivered with only one language, if you want new language,hard-spl phone and flash a new rom

But where I can get the rom that works with this phone?
