Any Idea about a new link..

Hi Forget my words, all fine now...
Thanks
I have problem. After UpGrade to Radio 02.97.90 the button Speaker always ON, I cannot turn it OFF.
Help!
PS: My Dopod M700 was UnLocked CID before.
Any idea on Fixes and Updates?
My previous Radio 2.95 probably had the bug of ignoring and not showing any signs of new Incoming calls often! Will give a try in this..
Anyway, Thanx a lot for the update
Regards,
Carty..

Regarding to toms information the new radio version has a higher quality and less battery usage!!!
Thanx Tom, great job again.
I upgrade my P3300 in 10s under Vista, no problem !
Does someone know if TMC is possible on the Artemis ? Is it a software or a hardware problem ?
I've rom Rom Black&Blue 4.1 . (htc p3300)
Can i make update the radio or not?
I ask bz sometimes i havent signal!
you can make the update if you have the BB 4.1 rom.
I have done so, but not found a significant improvement in the signal strength.
I do have the impression I have longer battery life now

Radio 02.67.90 versus 02.97.90
Hi!
I use the B&B ROM 4.1 by TomCodon.
My radio version seems to be the original 02.67.90 (protocol 4.1.13.28).
Should I update to radio version 02.97.90?
What would be the advantage of this update?
Is there a possibility to backup my old, original radio version before updating to a new version?
Thank you in advance....

It is not difficult to find the original version but you won't need that. This version is much better with no problems,

Hi everyone, just upgraded to WM6 like many of you. Many thanks to helmi_c and his team
I'm wondering if the radio needs to be upgraded as mine is probably 3year + old.
I'm currently running radio 1.12.00
I live in Hong Kong and use Smartone Vodaphone
I thoguht it be a great idea to post what radio you are using and where your from so that everyone will know which radio suits their country's network provider best.
thanks for the help in advance,
Kind regards,
Jason
btw i would like to add that non of the hyperlinks from the wiki work in terms of the radio and bluetooth upgrade.
i'd really appriciate it if someone would upload them elsewhere.
thanks in advance,
alright well at least could some one tell me if they did/did not upgrade radio and bluetooth stack after flashing?
also the ext.rom FTP hyperlinks dont work.
could some one please upload the radio and ext rom unlock to somewhere else?
i would really appriciate it.
kind regards,

Link in the wiki is working fine for me, but here is an other link: http://www.data-hosting.eu/v/5060843/BA_RRPT_Radio_11500.exe
thank you for that link.
dont i need 'MaUpgradeUt_noID.ZIP' as well?
------
i just downloaded the file, its a exe.
do i just run it and not follow the instructions from the wiki? because the wiki says there are 2 files, i'm guessing this is old?
furthermore is there a need to update the bluetooth stack radio?
thanks in advance for replies and help.

it says that the rom is not designed to work with my device and i should check the vendors website :S

any help will be highly appriciated.

I was talking about the error message, not the Rom itself.
is there any mistake? How can we use Hermes radion on BA? Pls clarify.....
It is inpossible to use Hermes radio on BA because of the difrend hardware, if you somehow manage to flash hermes radio to BA you may loose the gsm module forever
Don't be stupid

What kind of device are u using?
There is no such thing as a WM6 or WM5 radio rom. The radio ROMs are seperate from the operating system (WM6 or WM5). Make sure you use a radio ROM that is made for your device.

hi im using a O2 Atom Life.
SeanFromSoCal,
My o2 WM5 rom has some minor issues with autoband switching while users with WM6 rom for o2 reported no problems with it. so that's why i'm wondering is there anyway to extract whatever files in the WM6 and flash it over my current phone/WM5 rom.
Regards,
Emanuel

yes, you can. use the goldcard image method (thanks to cmonex, viperbjk, jagnet, and those who worked on this method) to update to the latest 1.48 ROMs. bear in mind you might loose your warranty by doing so.

everything u need to know about what you want to know. you can also use the search function to dive further in. assuming u r a british, then you would want a 1.48 WWE EU version, or a 1.48 WWE Asian version will do be ok as well. it has been reported that 1.48 WWE Asian version has no lock bug issue and i can confirm that. other than that, and some regional customisation, they are basically the same.
