Hey, well i went through standard procedure of Odin but i get boot loop.. Any ideas?

Yes, i did as it said... and i got my ROM from there too
ah well, i didn't submit this post yet, anyways, tried again today morning and got my phone work again
trying to flash custom ROM, do all as i should do, still gives me stock ROM, what's the problem?
Just wondering how can i backup my nv data?
