Hi All, Please forgive me if this is a naive question , I have an XDA and I would like to copy the specialised application programs I have running on it onto an XDA II , is this possible ? , certainly Sprite Clone doesn't work neither does normal backup / restore in Active Sync. Grateful for any help

I need your expert opinions. Is the outlook built into the PocketPC uninstallable? If Outlook is uninstalled, will SMSReceive work using a custom applicaiton? has anyone tried that?

has anyone found a way of marrying the 2 together i want to try wm2003
but with the xda providers , as up to know i havent been able to find it with the 02 provider autoconfig.
Same here, would be very helpful to have the providers config option but I see no option for it in the kitchen.

ok then no probs, anyway you guys if you need some webspace,cos ive got loads of it and i'll even provide some free of charge if you give me a wm2003 with o2 smart menu and auto config data PLEASE! or can it be done or not its just confusing which way to go, ive been using xda 1.2 for ages now but would love wm2003

not sure what you mean but if it is stuff like the windows folder having stuff missing, do a hard reset (the little button at the botton+power held down). that should get rid of everything and put all the main files back on like it can out of the factory

Did you have forget to charge the battery?
that time I install windows mobile into my xda atom black! and when finished, suddenly xda atom black I do not want to flame at all (DEAD).! I have tried to connect to the computer but ActiveSync 4.5 does not respond at all! help me.!
My questions:
1.What is no way out for my xda atom!
2.What made no application ReMove or (Erase) windows mobile that has been installed.!!
Please my way out to my XAD atoms.! Please help me!

Come on, people. Has anybody had a similar problem. Helpppp meee.
You should be able to keep your contacts by using an app called Pim Backup on your HD2 and then importing them into Gmail.

The instructions for transferring the data to gmail can be found in post 7 in this thread - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=724995
I'm not too sure about transferring appointments or SMS/MMS but there may be something in the Pim Backup thread that will help.
