imei-check.com - Did anyone test them?

Hi!
I have my Qtek with T-mobile Germany Sim-lock. I read that the only way to remove them is sending it to imei-check team. Did they send it back? Or anyone can help me by different way?

AFAIK they do this job only in UK.
besides that they are not so cheap. When you are willing to pay, why dont you ask T-Mobile to unlock?
I had mine unloced for a reduced price (the shop manager could give me some discount).

Best ROM to upgrade to

Hey all,
I just got an XDA Mini S as a present on Friday. I just wana know if its possible for me to upgrade using a ROM image from a different manufacturer (I'm actually with Vodafone, not O2) and if so can anyone suggest one with the best feature set?
If possible I would like one that is free from any mobile provider branding...

Does the Carphonewarehouse Unlocked/Unbranded Handset have VOIP?

Does the unbranded version of the blackstone come with VOIP capability built in? or does it need to be added with the cab file?
Is voip stable on this device? any echo?

I don't have the answer to your question but the question shouldn't be if the cpw version has the capability, but if the hd has it. the hd you get from cpw will be the same as if you bought it sim free from play, expansys etc. so if the hd has voip then the one you get from cpw will also have it.

[Q] Android Market : Apps with price not showing up

Hi,
On my streak when I search Market, I only see "free" items.
Apps with price are not showing up.
I purchased the Streak from UK (unlocked) and I live in Turkey.
What may be the problem ?

Need a bit more info mate like is it o2 or dell direct and what are you running 1.6 or 2.1

it is dell direct purchase, not O2. Actually this info is already available in the first post.
I am running 1.6 on it.

I brought mine direct from Dell and I am able to view apps with prices on, though I am in the UK on O2 network....so no idea dude!

Buy a UK SIM on ebay. Then you will be able to download paid apps over wifi. Then switch back to your regular SIM
