Well first you download it... and then you install it as per the included readme :?
If you're logged in, the downoad is in the first post. Extract the files (multiple dll's) to your PPC \Windows directory. Now it should be installed as the 'Phone Pad' (ie not the Phone Dialer), accessible through the SIp button.
The ZIP file also comes with the default settings so you can revert back to the original phonepad if you wish.

I've tried putting them into PPC windows directory but experiencing the same Phone Dialer.
Sorry to ask, could you tell me what the 'Phone Pad' is and what the "SIp button" is?

Found a post on this forum for someone looking for something like HIEW for Pocket PCs.
ChARMeD is freeware and has had this functionality since 2005, just right click and choose assemble on the instruction.

I've already put the programm in the same dir as the disassembler and rename my programme as test.exe,but the disassembler can't run
ok, well, I am busy rewriting charmed already, the .exe is a bit huge
should be around 300k when i'm finished and most of the problems should be solved...
if you need to edit the assembly of your file, use the PC version of charmed for now...

As promised there is an update for charmed,
about 150kb very stable, very neat, has an open dialog and already useful if you would like to find out what dlls a pocket pc program is using.
It only disassembles 29 lines of code, this should be fixed in the next release.

mssigner.zip -> the signer tool to sign any program
OEM_SDK_Certs.zip -> the OEM package from the SDKCerts for chefs

This is tough work.
There are many files that have to be converted and unforunately there is no time for all these convertions.

You can use win ce cab manager.It's the best program to extract the cab file.
Then you have to resize the icons.and then make again the cab with cab manager
