I've received my SDIO WiFi card today, and looking at the pictures of the case, it would appear that the card cannot be inserted without opening the top catch. Can someone who has the case confirm that I am correct in my assumption? Thanks.

Just moved onto the Mini S for the obvious size reason, and will be putting my Exec onto eBay shortly. Before I do however I would like to give my chums on here an opportunity to buy it from me.
It is 8 months old and in perfect condition. I still have the box and all the bits. Ummmm....what else do you want to know??!! Oh there is also a 1Gb SD card with it (Sandisk). It has been very well looked after, although there is one of those little rubber things (aerial??) missing.....no idea how that went.

Just wondering if I can get some advise.
I just bought a Tytn II and am now going to sell my T-Mobile Vario II. I was wondering what sort of price I should be looking for one now-a-days.
It's got the original box, but no warranty. I can put my hands-free kit in from my Tytn II as I really don't need it.
I've got the original charger and a USB sync/charge cable are easy to add.
I can also throw in my Tytn II's case. I don't need that either.
It's in near pristine condition. I got it in about April after sending my first one back to T-Mobile for repair. They replaced it instead. However, on the corner is a small, but very obvious scuff which I plan on showing when selling it.
Just wondering if anyone can advise me on what sort of price you would expect to pay for this phone if you was buying it so I can get a rough idea of what to expect.
I'll be putting the Official T-Mobile Windows Mobile 6 on the device and it is unlocked.
i reckon £130, but saying that the official wm6 and unlocked aswell wouldcrank it up if u put it on ebay. dont seel for less than 130 though.

That kind of price is actually quite a bit above what I was thinking. I was looking at more about £70. Especially considering the scuff on the corner is quite visible with the device being grey and red.
It's not damage which will effect the device in any way shape or form, but it is clearly visible. That's it's only downside.
I'd look at the prices on ebay... On Aussie ebay most Hermes sell for around $200Aud. This is my observation for about 2 months... Watch how they sell on ebay for a week then decide how to go about this.
Most people tend to bid in the last few hours and I've seen a Jasjam go from $55 to almost $300Aud in the course of 20 mins.
I don't know how it is on UK ebay but my advice is watch and learn.

Good advice.
I'd say as well (having sold a couple of phones on ebay) decent descriptions and pictures add more than you would expect to the price, so spend a bit of time writing some decent text and describing the functions in detail.

i only paid a £100 for mine 12 months ago and that was virtually new, a midwife had got it on contract and then found it far too complicated to use. £130+ to me is way off the mark. I have tried to buy a few on ebay and they generally sell from £70-£100 depending on the condition , accessories included etc.

To be honest, I think I'll put it on there for £70 with full pictures of it up and working then let it run for 7 days.
I just sold a Samsung Tocco on there (free upgrade from Orange) for £200 on a buy it now. That was done within hours. I think the Tytn could fetch quite a bit more than I anticipated.
As the title suggests, im about to get a new kaiser in good condition and seeing how my last kaiser faired with my lifestyle id like to get a rubberised case for the phone.
Searching & reading up has told me the Seidio case is a good idea, but shipping to the Uk doubles the price to nearly $60, a tad silly imo.
Does anyone know where i could source this case/a similar one within the UK?

please guys, someone from the Uk must have a decent rubberised case. iv read all the horror stories about the cheap ones on ebay & amazons and would like to avoid those pitfalls.

I had in mind that it was from China but it was from USA. The seller was http://myworld.ebay.ch/unclesamdeal/. I have this case. Good case but one problem. The tabs that hold the case to the phone can easily snap off so the case is not held securely on. More of a problem with the top and not the bottom but a pain none the less.

Mine is expected to arrive on Wednesday (UPS). Will let you know then. Others may get it earlier and let us know about their experience.
The description on eBay does state that it may or may not come in the original packaging, so we'll see.

I just got mine a half hour ago. Came in the original nook packaging with sticker in the back of the box and another sealing the box that say "certified pre-owned nook"
Looks pristine (minor scuff in back where unit touches surfaces when put down--I stand corrected, it was no scuff, just some dirt). Screen is flawless, no marks whatsoever. Up and running after registering in a minute. Dowloaded my books and opened the one I'm currently reading at the bookmark left on my Nook Color.

They're shipped by B&N and they come with a full warranty. I'm pretty sure most of them are returns from people who didn't care for it. It's a bit more than 27 when you factor in the state tax on 112 vs 139.
Am I the only one or has any one else gotten this? Your experience? Good or bad?
I bought one after dropping the one my girlfriend bought me for my birthday present. Wasn't able to fix the screen and couldn't find a replacement online. Got it within 3 days and it looks brand new. Really happy about it. She has no clue I broke the first one. Hoping to find a way to fix it in the future.

It's so cheap now that I'm debating whether to buy a backup unit, just in case.
I'm trying to find a case online for my A500 in Canada but struggling.
I want a folio style with the 'clips' holding the tablet and preferably a magnetic cover. I think the ACase is the closest but every time I find one on Amazon it says it wont ship to Canada !?
Does anyone know of a reputable online store (preferably inexpensive) that I could find one.
I prefer not to use Ebay etc.

I'm in the same boat as you. For a while I was using the Acer case but it was pretty sucky so I returned it. In the meantime until I find something good here in Canada as well I have my tab, bluetooth keyboard and stand all in a netbooks sleeve. It does the job for now. If I ever find something I'll let you know!
I bought the Case Crown case when it was $1.00 and paid $10.00 all in including shipping. I would watch these guys to see if they have other cases as well.

It took about 3 weeks to arrive but well worth the wait. The only thing is the one on the link is not a clip style. All of the ports are accessible through it though.
