For Mr. Moderator-Why my thread has been locked??? - MDA II, XDA II, 2060 General

This is regarding the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=22664
I would like to know Mr. Moderator that why has it been edited, deleted and locked. The reason being given as "We do not share Hacks, Cracks or serials on this forum." I didn't write any way to hack or crack. Nor did I supply with any serial no.

PM to me what you wrote. I'll consider it.

WHY? MOD

why close the thread here about GalNet Miui here in the G2 dev section but still open here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1363092&page=6
It's probably MUCH more effective to contact the moderator directly.

Yea but well this place is almost as bad as china or germany in the 1930's.
Hi Kitila,
I'm hopeful the comparison you made is intended to be a figure of speech and not a factual statement. However, I feel that this is highly inapropriate. Please be so kind as to rephrase your statement.
Thanks.
Well let's see its a metaphore commie china, germany 1930's......I thought this was a place to promote modding but it seems not.......not trying to offend any1 but common.
As c00ller said above, before posting such nonsene, please contact a moderator directly. There was no need for this topic. As was stated in the G2 Dev thread regarding this ROM, it has broken many XDA rules and they are not allowed on this site. XDA promotes development/modding but we do have rules that we must follow to avoid breaking any legal action.
Thread closed. In the future, please respect the actions of a moderator unless you want to end up with an infraction or ban. Thank you.

MOD EDIT: Removed
This will likely be deleted soon by mods. Use and discussion of the first app is not allowed on xda.
Thread closed. Please review the forum rules, specifically rule 6:
6. Do not post or request warez.
If a piece of software requires you to pay to use it, then pay for it. We do not accept warez nor do we permit members to request, post, promote or describe ways in which warez, cracks, serial codes or other means of avoiding payment, can be obtained or used. This is a site of developers, i.e. the sort of people who create such software. When you cheat a software developer, you cheat us as a community.

Leave this kind of request off XDA - right?

This could be our way to root, potentially a huge exploit

Moderator Edit:
You appear to have completely missed this vital Forum Rule (you know, the Rules you were asked to read when you signed up):

[CLOSED] IMEI Change

Hello Everyone! I want to ask if I could change IMEI of my Xperia xz2 premium?
No. It's illegal to do so in most places.
Don't get XDA in trouble...
Hi @danishsaleem.pk,
Changing a phone's IMEI is illegal in a lot of places, so we don't allow discussions on that. Repairing an existing IMEI is allowed, as long as it doesn't involve a publicly discussed paid service to do so.
From XDA Developers Forum Rules :
9. Don't get us into trouble.Don't post copyrighted materials or do other things which will obviously lead to legal trouble. If you wouldn't do it on your own homepage, you probably shouldn't do it here either. This does not mean that we agree with everything that the software piracy lobby try to impose on us. It simply means that you cannot break any laws here, since we'll end up dealing with the legal hassle caused by you. Please use common sense: respect the forum, its users and those that write great code.8. Donations. As a user, you're allowed to ask for donations in your signature as a thank you for your hard work, however donations up front are not allowed. This forum is about sharing and not about getting paid to do something... that is what your job is for.If you have any questions about this or anything, please PM me.
Thank you,
@roirraW "edor" ehT
