Does anyone know of a later build of the widcomm bluetooth stack available than ships with the XDA2i (3900)?
Also, does anyone know of a utility to unlock the extended rom of the XDA2i?
Thanks!

Hi!
I need to set up the network sharing through BT on my XDA II.
I followed the instructions from http://en.pdamobiz.com/en/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=32&PN=1 but I don't seem to get the same screens. I donwloaded some Widcomm Stack but I have no idea what Version it is. What Widcomm Stack version do I need? Where do I find them?
I don't seem to have "Bluetooth null modem" as shown in the instructions - any idea why?

I can now confirm that it is possible to use bluetooth wireless headset with skype. I'm running a qtek s200 with the latest dopod rom with no vendor id check, a qtek s200 A2DP patch, with a Ax2 bluespoon headset.
The A2DP patch and rom were both obtained from this site.
The qtek a2dp should work on any prophet, it worked on the dopod rom.
attached is the offical a2dp patch form qtek,
the link to the dopod rom is here---> ftp://xda:[email protected]_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship-NoVendorID.zip

I did not succeed installing the Widcomm stack.
Had problems with the bluetooth profiles. I think it was caused by some conflicting COM-ports.
On ROM 1.15 I was able to get the software starting without memory errors.
The only problem, the bluetooth module did not start.
No succes for me until today.
