My friend with the mini has problem with synching with the computer. The PC just reads " Device not recognised". Any help please ?

Lately i'm having this new trouble...upon connecting my device to work laptop it's connecting and while looking for changes it's popping up with following information:
"Synchronization cannot be completed successfully. Reconnect your device and try again. If the problem persists , see the Microsoft ActiveSync Troubleshooter in Microsoft ActiveSync Help on your desktop computer."
After this error popup only 'Explore' button is enabled on my laptop's ActivieSync......
Please help me what I should do now .... I strongly believe that i'll get solution in this forum rather than O2 Customer support.

Seems like i cannot synchronize my JasJam with my Vista PC, did all the steps, installed the Mobile Device Center and the Vista drivers but when i try to connect it, simply nothing happens...I can see it in my Device Manager but not more than that, please help me with that issue.

When i try to connect my wizard with PC i have mesage USB Device Not Recognised, I don't no its a problem on my wizard maby i need som files on my wizard beacuse i true to hard reset and nothing i have unlock my device and i don't no what else.

did you try to reinstall active sync (for winXP) or windows mobile device center (for windows vista)?

i installed nataly rom but after that i cant connect diamond with pc with activesync. i try everything but result is nothing. so i cant installed new rom or application. what i have to do solve this problem. i try to format but not solving. pls help me
does your diamond recognise your pc when u connect it? does the usb2pc box pop up? if so try reinstalling active sync or wmdc
Hello, have a problem.. yesterday I found that i couldn't connect to PC, i rebut HTC it doesn't help, i reset him but the result was the same....
