Everytime I get a call, the WAV ringtone I use is very jumpy and skippy. I also get the same with my TomTom sat nav software when voice instructions are given.
Has anyone experienced of this or does anyone know what's going wrong and how I can fix it?

Hi all,
Occasionally, when i activesync my phone stop working!
I can dial and speak and I know that the person on the other end of the phone can hear me but I cannot hear them! - (tested phoning myself)
I've tried everything to do with settings but I don't think it's anything in particular. I had reapplied the ROM 1.60WWE and this can fix the problem (whatever it is) sometimes. Currently I have reapplied it twice at this point in time to no satisfaction. Last week I applied it a few times and this did the trick!
Sound works everywhere else: ring, wav files etc but not incoming thru phone.
I have noticed a correlation that following an activesync that this has occurred however I'm still not certain it's this. activesync is crucial to how I use it so need all to work.
Does anyone have an idea or would you suggest I have it replaced?
Thanx in advance,
Chris.
I'm testing the US-version of Microsoft's Voice Commander and it's absolutely great!
However, I have one small problem. After a while the sound is gone as the unit was muted, even if the volume is turned all the way up.
Anybody heard of this? And perhaps have a solution?
Thanks in advance!
sorry dude never had that problem before and have been using it for quite a while, it could be some other program you installed conflicting with it.
It could be, but I don't think any of the other programs I've installed use sound at all...
If anybody's interested, the sollution was to uninstall SPB GPRS Monitor...
Hello fellows,
I have a problem with my TomTom 7, Whenevr I start TomTom it always start "MUTE", I know it's just a couple of clicks to un-mute it but this little problem is bugging me since I have installed it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
Sid
I had this problem too, I fixed it by adjusting the TomTom volume while it was muted, then I unmuted it and exited the application. I think I played around with the Diamond volume buttons at the same time. I restarted and it was all good. Sorry I can't be more specific, I just wanted to let you know that it can be fixed....
Just out of interest, do you have a bluetooth car kit that you are using as well? Because I suspected mine might have had something to do with it.
I have this problem too!
Anyone said, that TomTom start with Mute, when a Data Connection (Bluetooth etc.) ist on!?
Actually it's also happening to me again, just tried it out. Couldn't seem to 'fix' it again, tried so many different ROMS maybe one ROM had the problem, maybe another didn't. Will have to look into it some more!
I've had the same issue with TT6 on both my Hermes device and now the Diamond. I reckon the last used settings are not getting saved somehow.
I recently flashed to dcd's 3.2.6 and cannot seem to get sound from any third party applications, especially pandora radio. Does anybody have any ideas on how to get the sound going? I also couldnt get anything to play in windows media player. Thanks
I'm not sure about your sound problem, but I'd be very grateful if you'd tell me how you got pandora working on your titan.
Thanks!
I am having a similar problem...I get sounds just fine, however after about an hour or two my audible alerts quit working and I have to soft reset. Sounds like we might both be having some of the same issues. If I come across anything I will let you know what I find.
it might have been something on the rom or that you installed i put the srs wow hd progam on mine it said there were no drivers and colsed the program out after that .. no sound in any way shape or form .. even after soft reset so .. i hard reseted and that time did not install wowhd and no problems but thats kinda a shame i really liked that program on my tilt
I have searched the forums but didn't find anything like this. I am trying to run android on my HD2 from TMobile.
I am using SuperRAM_Froyo_v1(1) and have installed Leo_RADIO_2.07.50.27_2 via the customRUU.
It will launch android but when i make a call it connects and i hear digital clicks and pops (sorry.. best way i know to explain it) I know the call is going through but it seems no matter what I do I can not get the in call sound to work properly.
Can anyone suggest what might be wrong and how i could fix this please?
Thanks!
setting>sound setting>disable audible touch tones. try again now
THANK YOU coldest~~~ !!!!!!!
That did it. I really appreciate your help.
