EVery mobile phone I've had will let me dial phone numbers that are embedded in SMS messages that I receive as long as the phone number is in quotes. Eg, Please call Jon on "04144444444" Is there a way to do this on the XDA II Mini? Is there an add on program that'll let me do this or a special way to format incoming messages? I use a message service that sends me SMS alerts with the persons call back number in it. Thanks.

Hi i have set a sms.wav for incoming text messages but i couldn´t hear the message. Set to vibrate works. The Notification setup activated for Events and programs. Even the ringtone can be heared. Pls help!
Is there any setting in registry to force incoming sms save on sim card instead? My provider doesn't offer blocking incoming sms, so if I could put maximum number sms to sim card nothing would come in more (also no delivery report to sender )
I know there are lots of programs to "block" sms but what they simply do is just deleting them from device on delivery and sender still will get report.
So, simply, I need registy setting for saving incoming sms on sim instead phone memory if such exist
Ok, don't need this anymore I solved other way. There is a registry setting to reject sms if phone memory is too low:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Acer\RIL\SMS-Service
To block all incoming sms add five zeros to the values: LowMemoryThreshold_RejectSMS
and
SMSMemoryFullThreshold
No sms will get through and no delivery report to sender
There is an option to set a call reminders everytime you reject a call with sms. Is it possible to automatically set a reminder everytime you reject a call even it is not with sms?
