Maybe there is already an answer floating around but I just can't find it.
The question is : Can I upgrade my Wallaby to WM2003SE? How? Can I just use the Asian upgrade ROM? Or is there any particular ROM to use?
I just upgrade it to WM2003. It looks great.

Come on boy. What are you dreaming? There are many other actual devices that still haven´t got a WM 5.0 ROM. Do you really believe that there will be a version for the Wallaby?

From what I have heared HP is not going to offer upgrades to WM6. Using an Ipaq HW6915. Is it possible in some way to upgrade it to WM6 with some other ROM?

ROM date 6/29/2007
is it possible to upgrade the firmware to WM6? i visited HTC.com and it does not say anything about P3600 being able to upgrade to WM6.
anyone has more info on this? if i can upgrade to WM6, please provide a site for this.

I just wonder if you have that rom version with and that date of rom, isnt it already WM6?? just curious

i got the phone a few months ago and i was told it's WM5. thanks for mentioning it, really. i look under start/settings/about and i have indeed WM6
I have X-tel ONE PDA
which is 64/128 RAM/ROM
520MHz WM5
and I need to upgrade it to WM6
How I can do that ????
From where I can download a stable version of WM6 that's Support my device ??????????

You probably cannot just download WM6 for that device. If you want WM6 you will need to cook a rom (create a rom for your device) or get someone else to do.

How difficult is it to cook a rom? I have basically no experience in this area, but I am desparate for a rom for the dell axim x51 (not 51v).

i just get a T-Mobile MDA compact 3 with T-Mobile-Software installed.
First i removed the sim-lock.
Now i want to get rid of the original T-Mobile-Software an install WM5 oder WM6.1.
I`m a real newbie in that, so please could someone give me a hint, where i can find WM6.1 and how to install it?
What else have i to do?

Most of this forum is about upgrading to WM6, so there must be a lot to find.

Probably a stupid question but whats a rom? is that the operating system? i too have an mda compact 3 with wm6.0 - i know 6.1 is the latest but is there an official 6.1 rather than the custom ones? and yes i have searched wiki and searched the forums.

There is no ofificial WM6.1 for Artemis.
Last one is WM6.
A ROM is like a image from your device, that is dumped each time you make a hardreset (The operating system part). A Rom can also have or be a Radio ROM, that only updates your Radio.
