Bluetooth file transfer profile

I'm trying to exchange files via Bluetooth to the Qtek2020 but it seems not to be possible. I've read that the Qtek2020 has a File Exchange Profile (http://www.gsmstunts.nl/pdf/qtek2020productsheet.pdf) but I can't use it. Is it possible that I don't have the latest ROM? The specifications of my Qtek2020 ROMs are:
Rom Version: 1.60.0.00WWE
Rom date: 12/03/03
Radio version: 1.10.00
Protocol version: 1337.18
ExtRom version: 1.60.21

Using BT Headphone Anycom BSH-100

First am i up to date? If not could you point me the right files.
I have a BT Anycom BSH-100 headphone and like to use them with my qtek s200.
I try to link them but my s200 won't see them ?? I think that i need AKU2
but i not sure and don't know where to find the right file.

Do you have other headphone that do work fine?
Bsh-100 seem to be incompatible with about everything

Need help for O2 XDA II Mini

I have a O2 XDA II Mini with following specifications:
ROM version: 1.11.00 WWE
ROM date: 03/14/2005
Radio Version: 1.12.00
Protocol version: 1337.42
ExtROM version: 1.11.922 WWE
Can you please suggest me with some useful upgrades(ROM or some sort of skins) to get a better look and feel.

tthe 2.03 TX Rom... be careful with that - apparently you can't flash back from it...

how to increase ringtone and handsfree volume?

My Qtek S200 ringtone and handsfree volume is low...
i've edited the following registry key but only the headset volume increased:
HKLM/software/HTC/AUDIOGAIN...
HEADSET_UPLINK_VOLUME(i've set it to 20)
RECEIVE_UPLINK_VOLUME(i've set it to 20)
SPEAKER_UPLINK_VOLUME(i've set it to 20 too)
so i would like, to know how to increase ringtone and handsfree volume?
