NEED HELP ON SPANISH ROM

I ordered from Expansys an Spanish i-mate Jam FOUR months ago!
I've got lot of excuses, some of them claiming it was a SW problem with the spanish verison ¿?
SInce I DO NOT WANT a Qtek (non existing support) I wonder if buying an italian i-mate (cheaper and available at expansys) and changing roms to Spanish is a better idea.
How is the current state of the latest spanish rom?
For info, I've had an Himalaya (Qtek 2020) for almost one and a half year, testing almost any available ROM until I sold it a few weeks ago thinking my new jam had been shipped (it is not). Actually using an SP3 Smartphone (TSM 520, not too bad, same BT problems, and hangs as MS uses us to)
Any suggestions and help is welcome.
