Hi,
Trying to connect HP IPAQ H6340 to nokia bluetooth car kit. It does not attach to the wireless kit! Checking the specifications of the car kit says that it will only work with Bluetooth 1.1 specification and Handsfree profile. Can you guys help me out with this? Not sure as to how to find the current bluetooth version. Is there an upgrade available. IPAQ is currently on W2003.

I am having the exact same problem using a mda copact and nokia ck-1w bluetooth in car kit. I have posted a in the magicain upgrading forum about this issue. Someone suggested to try and upgrade the rom and radio version but I havent had a chance to try this out. They are using the same devices but are not having any issues.

I have an O2 Mini S that I want to pair to a Mercedes Car Kit.
I have changed the registry so that the PDA is found by the bluetooth kit however it will not pair?
Does anyone know if there is a rSAP (remote sim access profile) that can be downloaded and applied to my o2?

I tried a search but didn't turn up any results. Does anyone know if the Motorola bluetooth car kits (specifically the hf850 or the ihf1000) will work with the Hermes TyTN (Cingular 8525)? I'm needing a good BT car kit and have had excellent past experience with the Moto kits.
