İ am a mda2 user. İve bought my device from Germany and after that i changed its ROM to an english one using a rom editor to change its country id .. This encouredged a close friend of mine and he bought a O2 XDA2i. And since both me and my friend have no idea about German language we immediately tried to convert it to an english ROM. All of the ROMS we tried stopped giving country id error messages so idiotically i tried to flash a himalaya rom merged by sin which can pass Counrty id problem by itself.
And using this wrong ROM i killed his machine. It now only displays serial or usb (when connected to cradle). Someone told us that if we flash it with a original German ROM it can work again. But there is no German ROM downloadable . O2 england has a rom downloadable for xda2i but germany doesnt have. where can i find one?

Do you know if there's any E-Plus ROM Upgrade (or at least the current version) available for QTek 9100 (which is called E-Plus Pocket PDA)? I would like to make sure that there's a way to restore my original settings and firmware before upgrading/crossgrading to the latest QTek ROM.
And - could you please give me a hint how to EASILY backup my current ROM from the 9100?

does any who bought the dopod900 in singapore or malaysia (or any asian country but in english) upload the ROM into WIKI?
I am currently running the O2 ROM as I got an Exec but I hear that the Dopod900 ROM runs better and would like to try it for myself.

I have a friend that bring to me an mda650 same as p3300 after change language from french to portuguese gps dosent work but iff i put original rom from orange gps will work again what can i do to put portuguese and gps working

I'm guessing from you saying "MDA" that its the T-Mobile MDA Compact III. This means the ROM is the original T-Mobile ROM. What country is it from?
