what are :BigStorage_ROMs ?
whta are : Extended_ROMs
same question goes for : dumped roms, shiped roms, modified roms?
one more question what is mean by this WWE in the name of rom's
file? is that English rom or?
can anyone explain this when we use any of this?

Look at the wiki (link in top left).
Me and many others have done many posts on bigstorage, no point repeating - search by my name or others.
You can't really cook a rom for the magician (ie make an entirely custom rom) as you can with earlier xdas and the rom kitchen.

I have the T-Mobile wing and I know registry and know my way around the phone and WM6 but I was curious of how to put a new ROM on my phone is it hard? can I screw up my phone? and were do I get ROMs? and can someone provide me with some instructions on how to do it?

And what version is like official from HTC Diamond, becouse this ROMs are modified and added many programs, i want the hole ROM instalation WM6.1 for Hermes, you understand me??
There are NO official wm6.1 for hermes...they are all ported from other devices & cooked!
I know man, a said like official ROM, so where is on this forum the ROM for Hermes with WM6.1 which is most similar to "Hermes official" (if that will been)
So I look for hole ROM instalation without programs from user modificators
When searching for roms pay attention to keywords such as "clean" or "naked." These are usually stripped down and should be what you're looking for. Also, for many of the usually bloated roms they also offer "Lite" versions which don't include as much custom software.

man I am new to windows mobile I really don't know the technical stuff
I actually upgraded ROM to 3.54.255.3 but I am facing some problem with bluetooth. I am unable to receive any files. Can you please guide me.

what rom did you use? go find other roms that has bug free!!!
Rom Version is 3.54.255.3 I downloaded it from some link present on this forum I don't remember now, I cannot find any other ROM for my device
There is a whole section of this forum DEVOTED to ROMs... Go to WM06 part, thats where all the newest ROMs are to be found.
Just make sure to Hard SPL your Hermes first or you may be looking at a brick...

u have to install bluetooth stack.....I did so after getting receiving problems in bluetooth after flashing my jasjam with pandora 6.1 naked rom.the problem was that the incoming beam wud fail itself even if the other device is visible and connected.now the default bluetooth prgrm is not at all used.the new stack works perfect and much better..........if u r lukin 4 a clean rom for tytn try the pandora naked rom.I had probs like keyboard mapping(do registry edit or dwnld advncd configuration tools and select english in keyboard options*it needs .net framework) and bluetooth.other than that its good

i bought an htc p4350 WING US through ebay, it had an UNICEL splash screen but the ROM wasnt branded with unicel stuff, it was clean, i think it came with htc original rom wm 6.1 or 6.0, i wanted to try those custom roms so i flashed my phone with the wingster instructions, i didnt like them so i wanted to flash back the original htc p4350 WING us but i couldnt because it always give me the wrong vendor id error even though im hardspl, i saw a post wich explains how to downgrade to tmobiles rom by putting some spl, but i havent tried it yet cause i want the original HTCs rom not the tmobiles one, what can i do? :'(

Alrighty, put my TribU2U v3 ROM into the HardSPL folder and take out the one that is there. Then run the Rom Update Utility. If that doesn't work, reinstall the three cab files again (that were in the HardSPL folder) and then run the canonyang rom and then run my ROM, I think you'll like my ROM..

thank you for your help man, i really appreciate it, i really do, but the thing is that i dont want custom roms anymore, i took a look to your tribU2U v3 and it looks great, but all i want is to downgrade my HTC P4350 WING US back to its original HTC windows mobile 6.0/6.1 rom without any changes, if you could help me to get rid of the WRONG VENDOR ID and put original HTC rom back i would appreciate it A LOT...
i dont want wm6.5, m2d, touchflo, plugins, programs nor nothing of those stuff, they make the phone buggy and very slow... and dont like'em
i just want the original cuz it comes clean, no visual pimping, no programs added or removed, ultra stable, and because of that the phone works great without errors and very fast... just as i like it

All you have to do now is insert the original tmoble rom into the folder and take out mine and then run the rom update utility again. Look in my tribu2u thread and I should have the original rom somewhere for you. Just go the the last page and look backward.. Should be 10 to 20 pages backward.. I'd find it for you, buti'm on my phones browser..

Actually, wait one moment; I am going to upload the ROM instead of the setup executable. I'll post back here when I have it uploaded.
why? whats the matter? do i have to use another RUU? i could extract the rom from the executable with 7zip if thats the problem

Oh alrighty, lol. Not many users have an intermediate to advanced skill level as you. So I usually try to make everything as easy as possible. But yeah, that is what I was going to do for you - take the nbh file from the exe and upload it.
hahah thanks, yeah i have some good skills, but as im new in flashing WM roms i want to be careful cause i dont want to brick the phone, i used to flash motorola v600 to v3 flex in my time, psp's and those things, i just only need to now if i need toput the rom in the hardspl folder and install again the 3 apps or could i do it with the exe you just gave me?

just wondering if any one has any news on the new hd2 rom which is for the tmobile range. i would like to know if this rom will be coming to the non tmobile hd2's.

You mean the US T-Mobile ROM? It's already available on the normal HD2 and has been for months. It's usually best to either use the search function or just read posts (you're going to get flamed for asking btw).
Just in case you haven't searched it, or couldn't find it.

Flash an HardSPL and DON'T FLASH THE TMOUS ROM FROM SDCARD: it will overwrite your SPL with the new SPL2 and you won't be able to reflash the HSPL.
Flash from PC, it'll work flawlessly.

when you buy a new t-mobile HD2, make sure to flash your rom in order to get the best out of your HD2
