Bluetooth tools won't shut off - MDA II, XDA II, 2060 General

Hi mates,
My bluetooth tools is not shutting off bluetooth mode after 60 seconds of inactivity as it should do. The clock icon starts counting down and stops with maybe 5 seconds left and remains stuck there. Even the auto power off of my pda won't work anymore, and the device stays on untill I manually shut it down.
Strange and frustrating because the software seems brilliant. Any clues are welcome.
Thanks

Slow from turn on issues?

Hi Guys
So I've had a wizard for nearly a year now. No issues. Works fine.
Over the last few weeks, every time I turn the device on, it is unresponsive for the next 30 seconds or so. Basically, it turns on, screen lights up on the screen where I turned the device off. If the screen was an email or something like that I can still use the scroller on the right, but cannot navigate away from that screen until 30s later. None of the keys work during this semi-hung mode.
Weird hey.
Any ideas how to resolve would be much appreciated?
Thanks
ramir

[Solved] Weird situation with a Wizard - just died.

Any ideas how i can debug from where is the problem with my wizard.
I restarted it after lag and now i cant boot even in to the boot menu. My indicators are on only when the phone is connected to the USB, but neither my display turns on. After few seconds of waiting it indicator goes green, but since there are no sounds (when it turns on) i guess it is not starting.
Its very weird and i'm wondering what to do next, any ideas ?
Edit: It is my power button malfunctioning.

Screen timeout problem

I have a HTC Magic from Orange (PL), unmodified, without root access, Android 1.5 out-of-box. Recently, I've noticed annoying issue on my phone. If I don't press "end call" red button to turn screen off, it will be on forever - the phone is on the desk for 15 minutes, I'm not touching it, and the backlight is still on, with my Android desktop (not lock-screen) on the screen. It's look like there is no timeout to turning backlight and screen off, although this was working some time ago. I've tried to change settings like timeout value in minutes, WiFi sleep mode etc. but without success. It is so annoying that I have to remember now to press red button after using a phone. Anyone can help me?
P.S.: I don't have aFile or Dark Keys installed.

[Q] Screen switches on and off at regular intervals

Hi,
This morning my S4 started to continually activate the screen for about 5 seconds then deactivate it for 1 second and repeat the cycle continuously. This happens even when I press the power button to shut down the screen or leaving the phone idle and when charging/not charging.
I have switched off all the smart screens, motions and gestures and I have done a hard\factory reset with no change!
Would you have any ideas what's gone wrong or is it likely to be a hardware issue.
Thanks

bluetooth takes ages to turn on - 990ds

I stuck with the original firmware my phone came with for ages, but eventually succumbed and upgraded to H990ds10i_00_OPEN_TW_DS_OP_1117.kdz
Everything seemed to go fine, but for some reason bluetooth turns on really slowly, either after restarting the phone or going into airplane mode, it can take ten minutes or more to turn on!
Once on, it works fine, but it is frustrating that it can take so long!
It doesn't matter whether you turn the bluetooth on from the settings menu or the notification shade, the bluetooth logo turns on temporarily but when you go back it's still off.
