Programs - MDA II, XDA II, 2060 General

Just found out that " Calculator" disappeared from "Today" listing and nowhere to be found in "Programs". When I go to "Settings" - "Menu", Calculator was not there but two " Internet Explorers" which can't be unticked. Any help?

Start Menu items in Settings: how to remove?

In my Settings > Menus tab I have several items which appear twice (i.e. Orange update). While not urgent nor really bothersome, it's annoying. Is there a way to remove items from the list? Just to clarify, this is not about adding/removing items to the Start menu but removing them from the items listed in the Settings > Menus list.
On the same not, some of the items (again i.e. Orange update) can't be removed. Error message "Unable to move this item" when attempting to uncheck the item. Is there a way to nevertheless remove them from the Start menu list?
You can do that by using a file explorer and going to the following directory : Windows\Start Menu\Programs and then just delete the icons you want ^^
Thanks but I guess that would have removed the items from the Programs folder (Start > Programs). But I solved the issue. Strangely enough, I had to delete the shortcuts of the applications (\Windows\Start Menu) which appeared twice in the menu of the Settings list.

my info background pic

does anyone know how to change the background of my info?
If you're referring to the "Today Screen" where you see stuff like calendar appointments, unread messages etc then do this...
Start -> Settings -> Today -> tick "Use this picture as background" then click "Browse" and browse for an image.
No, the reference is more likely to be for the "my info" screen displayed if the user chose so when the device is awoken or rebooted.

deleting "t-zones" from start menu

hi. when i got to start -> settings and hit the "menus" option it doesn't let me deselect "t-zones." for some reason there are two "t-zones" selections, one right after the other; one is selected, one isn't. If I try to deselect the selected t-zone or select the unselected one i get the same error message "Cannot move that item." It pops up in a window that has a white X in a red circle logo to the left of the message. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Delete it from your windows - startmenu folder.
thanks, it worked.

Bluetooth Manager shortcut.

When I associate a bluetooth peripheral to the phone a "Bluetooth Manager" windows appear.
So, I ask... what are the EXE file for this application?
I have tryed to search in the windows folder without any result.
try this:
Settings-> Menu->All Settings
Then tap and hold on Bluetooth icon. Than pop-up menu appears - tap on menu item (Move to UP - i guess).
Now you have the link to Bluetooth in start menu and you can link it to any place.
P.S. this works for any icon in settings menu
