Has anyone managed to receive a video MMS from mobiles such as the Nokia 3650 and 7650 before? And anyone managed to successfully send a video MMS to these or other compatible mobiles? Since the addendum with the XDAII gives info on how to send these, can it not also receive? I've yet to successfully send or receive.
i got my mate to send me a vid from his 3650 to my xda1 with ezwap v2.5 but that doesnt receive video shame really dunno bout xda 2 though

I recently bought an xda 2 straight from o2.co.uk but am having some problems with it. whenever i get an mms message i have to go online to www.02.co.uk and read the message!! when i bought the phone i presumed the mms messages would come down onto it.

I had this and it turned out they hadn't enabled the MMS service at time of purchase. Call O2 cust servs and they will enable it

I myself am able to send but not receive. Has anyone come up with a solution for this as of yet? I would very much be interested in this information.
So far it just doesn't work with rogers, some people have had it work in the past but I was using the last two weeks to research this and frankly there is no solution up to this point.

I bought a HTC 3600 one month ago. I tried to send and receive mms after enter parameters (good ones just in case of question ). Sending worked fine but no reception was possible. For each reception I received SMS saying my device can't receive the video and a degraded mms with animated gif in place of the video.
I called Orange, they had in the first time the pb with SPV M700 (HTC 3600 with Orange ROM) too but fixed it, but it did not fixed my pb. Today, Orange answers me that HTC 3600 is not Orange branded and so, can't garantee me the good working of mms on this device... What's this answer...? Do they take consumer for pigeon ?
Is some one experiencing the same kind of pb with his HTC and provider. Any idea to fixed the pb ?

I too couldnt send and receive Video MMS with vodafone germany. Finally it worked after trying several settings and hard resetting a few times. Do you can do video calls?
Yes i can do Video call and send video mms. The pb is only with receive video mms.
Orange called me back today and confirmed me they will do nothing more than they have ever done...
So it works for SPV M700 but not for HTC3600

I can't send a MMS, the phone answer le : The connection couldn't be open :-(
I've try to erase the MMS, to creat e a new one : Nothing happens, the MMS still in the Outbox Grrrr
I've check all my DATA parameters and everything seems to be good.
I'll test to send myself a MMS from Orange's Website and after I'll call the SC

This is my first post and i hope you could help me. I'm trying to send an MMS to a Orange mobile customer (Blackberry) which it does send from my phone but when the Orange mobile customer gets the message it's blank. I've tried to send an MMS to my brother's phone (Vodafone) and it works fine. Any suggestions as to why this may be?
Given that you seem to definately be able to send correctly, have they checked that they can receive MMS ? Sound like the problem is their end?

Hey all, I can recieve MMS just fine (does the slideshow thing though) and I can send MMS fine to, but, the people I send the MMS to do not recieve the mms...any thoughts? Is it my end or thiers??

Have you tried sending to yourself to test?
it depends what phones they have and if they have a data plan since some phones require data plan to send and receive photos (G1,mytouch, anything android) well at least on tmo thats how it works
im on the elegancia rom i can send and receive but when i receive them they come in very small. if i send one to myself thats like 300 it comes back as about 7k same from other people.
any help?
I have the same problem on my phone. I can receive pictures fine, but when i send them it says it was succesfully sent but no one gets them. When I send it to myself it works? any suggestions?
