rom date : 07/11/02
radio version 6.02
portocol version :324e4
i need to unlock this ... please tell me which rom version should i use and please also give me link to download the rom

Either one the below Rom's will do the job, thats if their still available for download!

now the phone is still not unlocked please tell me what to do please ???
when i switch the mobile on it say xda rom 1.2 .... when i go to phone it ask ............PLEASE INPUT UNLOCK CODE : SID
i try many codes but no luck please help quick

I dont know why it didnt unlock automatically but I have a suspicion it may be the radio stack.

Since SP 1.2 failed to do the trick I'd give SP 1.1 a try.

problem while unlocking XDA

Hi ,
I am Kush from India.
I just bought XDA from UK . when i came to india and inserted SIM card it is asking me SIM LOCK . I have already tired your XDAunlock.exe but it is not working i am getting "error unlock code". I have Correct ROM Version 3.17.x and wireless modem . I am very disappointed Please somebody help me in this regard .

well,I also have an O2 XDA orbit(Ger)..
thank thormdac so much,but I wouldn't like to pay 30E to cid unlock my O2..so somebody knows the orther ways to change with english rom..

You can unlock your device using tool here. Unfortunately its not free unless you have contributed regularly with help or donations to XDA

[Q] WM 6.1 on Ultimate 8502 - WorkAround for Rom Unlock Code

Hello All,
I am newbie at XDA here. I wanted to check do we have any kind of utility that can help us in getting the ROM Unlock code for the I-Mate Ultimate Devices. or any body interested in doing so. I can help if you need any help on the coding side. Awaiting for the feedbacks from the ultimate owners.

guys im using imate ultimate 8502 for the past 3 months and i need to upgrade my rom to 6.1 but can anyone help me by saying where can i download it because im searching it for a long time but cant download the rom anywhere pls guys help me and pls send it to [email protected]
