want to purchase XDAII (unlocked)

Hi Developers.
Can anyone sell me (via mail order or so) one or two pcs of already unlocked XDAII. Can be "slightly" preowned.
In Finland, were I come from, it is unavailable.

Try the Singapore or Hong Kong sellers on ebay. I got mine from Hong Kong and it is fine. Or you can even try COMPUME in Dubai. All of them sell XDA IIs completely unlocked (English ROM) but expect to pay around USD900 for the units.

Buying XDA" from abroad Singapore

Can i get an XDA2 cheap from Far East (singapore) will it work in Uk on vodafone?
Anyone tried to do this?
If not what is the cheapest way to buy one for use on Vodafone?

Hi. XDA2 is a tri-band phone so it should work in UK. I live in SG and bought a new XDA2 just last weekend. If you want to know more about prices and where to buy etc let me know. Good Luck

Warranty may be an issue if you buy it over here in Singapore. My XDA II warranty card specifies as warrantied only by O2 Asia. So if i were to go Australia, who also has an O2 service center, i believe i cannot do any warranty claiming on my unit unless its an international warranty.

my rough guess is ....
that vast majority of equipment these days has both local and international warranty, say IBM Netvista computers, IBM laptops ... etc etc
but I might be mistaken as in my country then sell XDA clone with no guarantee at all (sic !)

well most places i've seen carry then without simlocks are small online and stores and such and i would very much doubt they could supply 16 that fast
maybe if you went to o2 or tmobile you could buy a pile and get them unlocked and without sim think they often sell them with that option but you have to pay alot! more

O2 and tmobile wont do that :x

well maybe orange here they sell the xda2 under the name SPV M1000
and if you want to buy it wihtout a subscription
they cost 928.597 GBP a pop
so if you want 16 it's 14848 GBP
a bit on the pricy side if you ask me though

There seems to be a production problem for the moment with the 2020.
No units available (high quantities) until half february.

Buy the t-mobile MDA2 sim free, (german version) and then upload the new rom from T-mobile NL which makes the machine perfect uk usable
Machine is only €799,- sim FREE and there are lodes of them
NO PROBLEMO

take a trip into manchester airport terminal 3 get a ticket for plane and go into the departure lounge they got a tax free dixons they sell the XDA locked to bt ofcouse but no contract for £500ish

you can easily lock them yourself.... the software is in this forum!!

Hey there,
Your looking at between £280-350 on ebay. The price will drop even more when ebay becomes flooded with these devices which will happen eventually as more and more people will be offered these devices for their upgrades!
Most people who are not use to these PPC phones just get them as their upgrade and sell them on ebay.
If your looking to buy the original HTC P3600 then your looking at around £400.

go to www.htc.com there is a retialer in egypt called 'jovitronix?' however the link to there website is down, maybe you can contact one of the UK suppliers of the htc unlocked htc 3600 (the unbranded spv m700) and see if they will ship to your country!

Thinking of buying a double sim DOPOD A6188w. Will I be able to flash with one of the saphire roms, will that effect the sims? Does anyone have experience with the DOPOD

Where are you from? I lookd on the DPOPOD website and their prices to buy things here in the US are astronomical. I can get a real Sapphire from T-Mobile outfight for $430 vs $750 from DOPOD
