I now that the ver of the ppc 2003 is 4.2.1081 what is the deferent between them.

The version number 4.00.05 is the ROM version, the version number 4.2.1081 is the Windows version number, it is usually followed by a build number like (build 13100).
As of this time, they are one and the same.

or you could go to tmobile or at&t and get their official 2003
just make SURE you dont end up with the wrong radio stack!!!!

- QTEK English 3.16.13 ???? is the latest for QTEK. Should I use this
- T-Mobile English 4.01.16 ??? This has latest version #, can I use this??

If you want to upgrade to WM2003 i would suggest to use the 4.01.12.
Otherwise you could use the 3.20.06 or 3.17.03

I'm not sure which operating system is on it, what i would like to know is can it be updated and what can it be updated to if any? Also is it possible to put TomTom mobile on it and which version?
