hello all,
before i install it i am wondering if it can/fix:
1. does it have a redial function?
2. resent sms function? because sometimes its a pain to keep forwarding...
3. i notice sometimes when i select a contact under sms i would highlight a number but his/her e-mail would appear instead of his number but when highlighting his/her e-mail the number would come up.

Do you know if there is a simple way to send to many people with one click an sms?
Does the capability of group contact exists? how?
Please advice.
try going into contacts and make it display the group you want to sms
so you can do that in the left corner of the contacts window
then you open your keyboard and press ctrl + A
then it mark all the contacts being displayd
then you tab and hold on them giving you the option list
then you choose send sms
or what ever it's called
then you get a sms msg window with all the nr.'s
Its nice. I try it....the downside, is not usuful with forwards, but is better than nothing.

Do you guys know if there's any option to simply call the sender of an sms without adding him or her to the contacts first?
It's amaizing how MS just left some of the most basic phone features out of this stuff.

when you have the notification in view... bottom-right, Menu > Call Sender
Does that not appear for you?
ah I haven't seen that. i just saw that there was no way to call the sender when i go to my old sms's.

Ahh okay.. yes, it's stupid that they didn't add that to any menu... however:
1. select the message
2. hit the green (talk) phone button
phone app with the phone number of the SMS (if it was sent along) should appear
3. hit the green phone button again
should dial

How to save contact number from a SMS message?
In Nokia Phone, just choose a command from the Options that says "save details".... How to do this in O2? Any third party program?

wad i do is,
1. press the green call button after reading your msg. It automatically transfers the number to your dialer.
2. Call and hangup immediatly before they can connect the call.
3. Open the call list, Number you just dialled will be present.
4. Right click on the number and there should be an option of save to contacts.
5. Type in neccessary details for your contacts and wala !!

I once have a software that does that but i forgot it....
when you use the phonepad for call, i can chose number of contact with left/right button. but it's not possible, when you tap selected contact, go in windows with "last call - mobile - work"

One of the most annoying "features" in almost every ROM I tried (and I tried a lot!) is that if you are in Manila's SMS or e-mail tab and press the call button (in order to open the dialer).. then the dialer will automatically dial the displayed e-mail or SMS sender's number.
Does anybody know how can this be disabled ?

I start feeling that I'm really special - am I the only one having a problem with this ?
I have the same problem. And it is soo frustrating, i press the phone button and immediately have to press the end call button. Then type in the number i want to ring.
Someone notice this thread! It is probably an easy problem to fix for you experts...please help:d
