Hallo
This rom is VERY nice I just have 1 problem!
Connecting to a exchange server without certificate, that is NOT possible or is it?
The original HTC rom just ask you if you want to connect to NOT secure connection.
PLEASE HELP what can I do? I do not hope I have to go back to the original HTC ROM.
It's better to send him a private message or ask in the rom thread..

you can post a reply to the Artemis ROM Thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=612580 instead of opening a new one.
i don't know if it works with artemis v18, but you can connect to an exchange server without certificate using v17. just try it

Hi everyone,
I would like a ROM with the following features:
USB tethering working on win xp
Synchronization of calendar with MS outlook on win xp
FM Radio (if possible!)
Good data transfer speed
Currently I have a NexusOne Gingerbread ROM, FM Radio (I installed the app) is not working and neither the USB tethering is (as precised in the thread of the ROM). I didnt try yet the synchronization with outlook because I don't know which software I have to put in the PC...
Other than that, I love that build!

For sync with outlook, you need a sense ROM.

Thank you! I couldn't find the thread for the first (Nand). A precision, USB tethering for me is sharing the internet connection!

Hi,
SENSE is necessary to use HTC SYNC.Otherwise there is a program called "MyPhoneExplorer".
The reason I suggested my guide was there is a link:

which will show all the current ROMS.You can look at all the [OP] to see which one might suit you.

ROMS are posted in order of release(check dates)
You can click on XDA ROM details to see what each one is about to see if it would suit you.

Hi, all.
I'm running MIUI rom on my HD2. Everything works fine, when connected to USB can access SD card. So, it tells me that there is connection.
However cannot do anything with HTC Sync. Always says "device is not connected".
Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

HTC sync will work only with factory android phones and not you with your costume HD2 ..(as i know) and MIUI android will not work for sure... try a rom with HTC sense...maybe it will work then...!

is there any other solution to synchronize an android hd2 with outlook?
You can synchrnize your gmail with outlook and your phone with gmail. Should work and you don t even have to connect it to your pc.

Hmm you tried to update it through your phone?? or with pc connect? and when you say its not sync what do you mean ??
you where able to sync you phone via HTC sync and now dont or with a universal sync program ?

I use MyPhoneExplorer since a long time with Sense and MIUI rom's and it is better than HTC sync. You can sync direct (without cloud) via usb cable or wlan and you can define the source contact/calender folders. You can also exlude contacts and appointments. And the best is: you see what the program want to sync before the changes were made.
