I'm trying to do a RUU, but when Programm A starts, it says :
"ERROR 07 : NO ROM IMAGE
Cannot find the ROM Image to upgrade your Pocket PC.
Please download and try again."
Any tips?

I have tried to install an upgrade for my xdaII. Unfortunately it was UK upgrade I started to install into my Asian xdaII. Halfway through the installation there was a ROM version error and it has rejected installation.
Now there isn't any software or an operating system in my pocketpc. There is no way I can sync this with my pc for the installation of the correct version.
Can anyone help?

you can extract the nk.nbf file from the UK upgrade and use xdanbftool.exe to modify the language ID then re-flash your device.
In your case, you should have a frozen dimmed screen with the word "Serial" on top and the boot loader version towards the bottom of the screen ... if by inserting the device into the cradle the word Serial changes to USB, this means the boot loader is still in function.

I did modify nbf headers using xda2nbftool and changed device type, operator and language but still getting following error message:
"ERROR 102: CE Image file checksum error"
"The ROM image file to be used for the update is corrupt. Download correct ROM update and try again"

Hi experts,
I tried to setup the XDATools. To test it I downloaded the current ROM (SX56 PPC2002) and tried to flash it back.
The following error apears in a dos box:
"ERROR: 'C:\tools\XDATools\source\GetConnectionType.dll' does not
exist (2)
ERROR: GetConnectionType - Unbekannter Fehler
error getting connectiontype"
The PROGRAMME A starts, but reports that the ROM image was not found.

i use WM2003final, bcause WM2003SE always stuck (look my attacment), can anyone unlock that? and my signal a little poor,any suggestion?...

I think you have choosed the "Fix 'multiple resets make device slow' bug " Option for cooking the ROM....
Just remove the wm03hotfix.exe file that is located in the Windows\startup directory....
Then this error shouldn´t appear any more until you make a hard reset of your device, that will restore the ROM including this file....

I have attempted to install the 8862 Update via CAB sender on Yuki's ROM and Dynamics 8852 and after installing the update the script shows "Restarting Phone" and the HD2 boots into WP7 and says that the update was failed, I have seen a few sucess stories on this, what could be the problem? (Windows 7 x64, HD2 Dynamics ROM, any other info you need just ask!)
