New update released for the F500.
Mine seems faster, snappier.
Need to try it out longer, but I have the impression overall speed is better.
Any body else felt a difference?

did you check it manually? That's what i did. I was disappointed from some night shots i did compared to my S6 last night and told myself there must be a software related issue here as there was way too much noise on the G4 shots compared to the S6.... And boom there it was... Gonna test the camera tonight, see if they updated anything there, it wasn't mentioned on the log though.

any battery life improvments? i do consider the note 4 only because of the battery life =( and i am really not a fan of touchwiz
Battery is fine. Worst case get a second battery. Note4 is great but really not handy (my opinion).

its kind of slippery, the no finger print things works amazing, its very light too. i came from a mytouch 3g. this phone is so smooth and fast, i love it.

Got it 1st in my city at least. This thing is better than most people are thinking. I have a feeling there will be some eating of words. It feels solid, and substantially more solid that a Vibrant or galays S device. Quadrant in a few.

it annoys me that when you take an image with the phone in the vertical position and send it as an MMS or upload to facebook it shows up horizontal, i know all GS phones do it just annoying
EDIT: and the images taken in low light or no light with the flash are amazing!
I'm impressed so far... its definitely up to par with my wonderful Vibrant!

Its probably just because it was uploaded to this site. I agree, quality isn't great on the site but on the phone it is.

I've seen better quality on feature phones.
I am so happy they have fixed the issues that where causing low benchmarks. I have been waiting for this phone since I got my captivate and Samsung leaked info on the sgs 2. I loved my captivate and missed it after a few days with the atrix. I hope it gets released on at&t soon.

actually in the smartbench bencmark the productivity score is good but the game score is pretty low, it should have been 3000+

all i want to know about is GPS.. 3000 is really impressive, but i used to get that on android 2.1.. so the test can be played with to boost results, but still its really encouraging!

It's gonna be a big mess if every review gets a new thread.
This phone is so nice, the more I use it, the more I really like it. When I first got it, I was like meh, I might as well get it... (jump) I'm paying for it...
It's so fluid, screen is amazing, deep and rich. No lag, I'm keeping touch wiz, I've always used launchers, but this is fine if not great.
The build quality is fantastic, little changes make a difference.
It's fast!

Congrats on the new note. I'm trading my 3 in on Friday. Is it safe to assume you traded your note 3 back in? If so, did you flash the stock firmware before doing so. I'm just curious. Thanks
I am going to get mine on Friday. I already have M8, the build quality in my m8 is amazing. But I hate the screen of the M8.

I haven't sent the note 3 in yet, yeah, I'll probably flash stock back on it.
I sold my note 3 for 350 cash on the spot
I still have my Note 3, and when I go back to it. I real notice the yellowish tint on it, which I didn't notice it as much before.
Only gripe I have is that I wish th we menu and recent key were opposite.

Yes, downloaded the firmware from sammobile, odin, boot, then chainfire odin, all my settings stayed.

Wow these are some serious temps... although i have the exynos model it gets hot too but i have never measured it... But to be honest i havent be able to feel the heat as i am using a case... Don't know what its all about , but it cools down really fast... I wouldn't worry though... I mean you should start worrying when you get other hardware issues and you know that are attributed to the heat .

Today i just submitted it to service center. They confirms heating issue. Now waiting for device. Tomorrow i will get my device back. Will let you know what they says.

That's really weird man :/ it should be something with your battery or cpu , cant find anything else :/ if the problem persist i suggest you demand a new device or at least to change the battery or the motherboard :/ Hope you find something out
