I have a also galaxy s4 i9500 indian...u should go to chanfire post and know about root guide.......and but i want to say something i am suffering the flashcounter problem because for i9500 triangleaway not supported yet.

There is a way to go back from MH5-MH8 to MF8 ? ..

It might be possible by following the instructions at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=45319022&postcount=4329 . Then use Odin to downgrade the firmware. I can't confirm weather or not this works. Do it at your own risk.
Can any developer do something like this so that all i9500 users can enjoy custom roms without losing warranty?

Yes, CF-Auto-Root is the way to go (if you do not have a bootloader-protected specific device from certain carriers), read this thread:
