I´m running PA 3.99-rc2, however this is what I get when using your wallpaper. I would like to get the entire height of the wallpaper on the screen

I have tried installing this and sad to say this is for 240x320 resolution so it is so big in my tiny XphoneII screen which is only 176x220.

Why don't you just rotate it? The hero will resize it if you select it as background.
Yeah, it does resize it, therefore loosing it's quality.

where did you get that image from? if you have a source i can try finding the image as i would like it too

I found a picture of the Nexus 10 with the same wallpaper. It might look ok if you crop it so you don't see the edges of the device, but it probably depends on your screen's resolution. It looks pretty nice on my GS3

Try changing the display size to small in display settings, if that doesnt work, seems like an issue with the game not able to render at 18:9 aspect ratio.
